FINALLY A PILLOW THAT ACTUALLY REALLY WORKS! After staining my neck during rigorous exercise last year, I've been changing our my pillows like they were going out of style. I feel like I've tried everything from soft to firm to memory foam etc. Couple of them seemed to help relieve my neck pain but after about a week or so my neck just went back to feeling pain. Lo and behold, I found something immediately that seemed to relieve some stress off my neck. I'm not going to lie, there was some sticker shock because these products are not cheap. But very very very glad I decided to make this purchase. I purchased one of their Casper Hybrid pillows and for real, I haven't woken up in pain since. At first I thought it was going to go bad like the other pillows but it's been staying true ever since. If I'm not mistaken I'm going on 3 - 4 weeks now. Seriously, if you have some sort of pinched nerve neck pain or just want to have a really really good pillow. You should definitely treat yourself to this luxury. It'll change your life. No joke. One of these days, I'll save up enough money and get one of those mattresses. Not exactly sure how much but I just know it'll set me back... I purchased two of the original pillows which I tried in store. I was looking for a pillow that was soft but moderately firm and still maintained its shape. When I tried the pillow in store (the queen size) it felt like exactly what I was looking for. However, when I brought them home and removed them from the packaging and allowed them some time to expand, it didn't feel like the showroom one. I felt it flattened right away. I don't know if it's because of the king size and maybe the insides were more dispersed compared to the queen one.. either way, I think it should feel the same whether a queen or king. Unfortunately, neither the store or virtual customer service can offer an exchange. I understand the reason behind not accepting opened pillows, for return purposes. I just wish there were more options to resolve the potential quality issue of the pillow. We entered the Casper Mattress store in Del Amo Fashion Center as part of our research for purchasing new mattresses. The Consumer Reports reviews were positive which suggested that Casper should be considered. We did not intend to make a purchase on that day as this was only the second retailer visited. We ended up buying three mattresses, two adjustable frames and mattress covers. The reasons were many. Michael, the sales associate, was knowledgeable, patient, and applied no pressure. We tried out the mattresses by laying on them for 45 minutes plus and found them to be very comfortable and supportive. The mattresses met our different needs. My wife has adult-onset scoliosis which causes her severe back pain. Having the right mattress can make a great difference to her ability to rest with minimal discomfort. The Nova mattress was a good match for her. For me, the cooling Snow mattress satisfied my requirements as I tend to get hot in bed. Consequently, we didn't need to look any further. Terrible customer service!! My husband are looking to buy a new mattress so we walked into this store and started looking around. I was touching a mattress when the clerk asked if we needed help. I said we were just looking around first. And he rudely said, '' You're not just looking, you are touching and taking it upon yourself to touch, and you need an appointment for that''. I went in to look atvthe mattress options. Annaya was very sweet and helpful however I had some issues. First, after purchasing a mattress and pillows and mattress cover, I was never offered the platform for th mattress even though I mentioned my knee issues. Also I was informed that day by her that if I called back on the 12th I could also get the MLK promo. I mentioned this to Michael (supervisor) as he was checkimg me out and he also comfirmed that I could also get that promo and to just give them a call. I called on the 12th and was given the promo and quoted dollar amounts that I would see credits for. It took a bit and I finally received a credit but it was less than 1/2 of the amount I was quoted. When I called the store I was told oh sorry we can't piggyback promo codes so you get the difference between the two. Sorry. I also spoke to Greg the manager who quoted me the amounts and was told the same thing. He apologized that they all three made the error but there was nothing he could but I could call their customer service line. I did and all they did was quite their policy and won't make it right for me. Truly disappointed and won't shop at Casper again and comsidering returning my entire purchase. I give this store ZERO STARS. I work in service and would make the client whole if I or my team made an error like this. This store needs proper training. read more

The review is meant for the customer service, not the product itself. I've been in this location twice, to where the same lady (believe her name is Lucie) was quite rude both times. The first time she kept upselling without relationship building, which just felt cheap and overgeneralized. The second time was to check up on an order, in which UPS could not deliver it correctly. I am all for private demos but to not put a sign up or politely inform us was wrong.
