My son got his phase 1 braces because he had no room for his teeth to come in. It was getting crowded for his teeth but now he has a beautiful smile with straight teeth. My daughter got braces elsewhere before we found Dr. Eisinger, she complained about pain constantly and we had a bad experience at that office. By the way Richard doesn't enjoy a good reputation amongst his peers, when I mention his name to the oral surgeon and the dentist who finished his botched job, meh was their immediate response. 3- yes, I reported Richard to both of my insurance companies and they both black listed him. 3- Furthermore, I reported him to my credit card company which after investigating found that my complaint has a merit and refunded me $3000 of what I paid him. 4- And yes, I reported him to California Dental Board, which found him in gross negligence. Unfortunately, according to their bylaws this is not something they can do anything about. However, (according to the letter they sent me), my complaint will stay on file and if anyone ever complains about him again they'll reopen the case and contact me.

I complained and they sent me a total check for $245, short of the total of $421. Now I call the office to get the extra collected and only get voicemail or voicemail full. No returned calls. I can't recall her name but someone was apologetic about it saying she had been by herself -- but at the end of the day, it shows the location is being flakey and the clerical stuff is not helpful. Im just getting giving a two star because the place looks nice and the dentist they currently have is nice and communicates well, especially if he does not feel comfortable doing a specific dental procedure.
