From a prior visit, I remember their bracelet costing $20, so it was surprising when we saw they were only $15 a person. The activities are a carbon copy of their location in Manorville (bounce pads, bounce house, lawn games, mini golf, corn maze, sunflowers, etc.), but the vibe is way more quiet comparatively. Maybe we were just there early enough, or it was an off day, but I enjoyed it way more than prior experience. They only had one food truck available, but we opted not to get food before heading out.

The worker who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about the offerings and gave us watering/planting advice specific to the various plants we bought. They have a wide selection of plants and flowers, all beautiful, and herbs as well. They have a ton of different festivals/events throughout the year so check their website for what is upcoming in the season. I would definitely come here if you have small children or with a large group as there's a brewery attached to it as well that we didn't get a chance to go to, but will in the future.

Not only was parking very difficult to navigate, there were barely any staff inside the children's play area. After paying $15 per child, you'd expect at least some employees keeping tabs on the play area. So many of the kids' toys/playgrounds were over capacity to the point of being dangerous. Additionally, the poor cows in the beginning of the animal area had wounds on their legs that were exposed. I hate to think that they are not being well taken care of. While we were excited to see a Mickey and Minnie to take photos with, the costumes were lacking the typical playful features. They were most definitely a step (or two) down from the real costumes. The kicker was that the $10 Mickey pretzel didn't even come warm. $20 for two cold pretzels is something else. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

Also on the premises was Whisper Vineyard's (located across the street) wine boutique! We forgot about the vegetables and decided to get wine! When we entered the air conditioned space, we were warmly greeted by Lauren. The aesthetically pleasing inside has seating and cute wine themed trinkets for sale. We chose to sit outside on the patio and joined other couples already there. Eli came over and took out wine flights and charcuterie board order. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We sipped and ate our bites while listening to the eclectic playlist streaming over the speakers. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The wine boutique is a hidden gem where you can enjoy flights and bites. We look forward to our next outing here where we'll visit the nursery. And definitely, definitely....more wine!

This is a full blown local farm stand that happens to also serve up a variety of pies and hosts family-friendly events, which there is an admission fee for. On this day, there was a full-blown fall festival so parking did prove to be somewhat challenging and the farm stand was packed with people. But again, I'm here for the pies. I've been coming here for years. The price of their pies is comparable to others. For me personally, prices of local produce and other local products (e.g., honey, cheeses, fudge, and bread, fresh-cut flowers) are indeed pricey but no more than one would expect for a local small business farm on Long Island. While I came for the pie, I did leave with a little more. I was hungry and the smell of roasted corn got me. It did not disappoint even with the strange slab of butter given on the side when I said yes to it. I rubbed it on the hot corn and it worked just fine. The roasted corn was sweet and bursting with yumminess. Okay, back to the pie. They are constantly bringing out warm pies from the back as you choose. This time around I picked one that I've had before. It's Fruits of the Forest. It's different from the traditional ones. I highly recommend especially if you're looking for something different and delicious. For dessert at home, I warmed it up and added vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. On deck for the morning breakfast, the double crumb cake served with coffee. According to my hubby (a tough critic because he doesn't enjoy baked goods as much as I do), the cake enhanced our coffee flavor. In reading other reviews, there seems to be quite of few disappointed visitors. On this visit and my others in the past, I've had good experiences. The bags used to be a dollar, then $2.00 and now are $2.50. But it's still a GREAT bargain! Got some great red potatoes, corn, plums---really good! Was able to share them with my neighbor. BUT---the woman at the check-out counter was very rude and couldn't figure out how to ring up our purchases. She yelled at my husband because she didn't like the way he placed our bags of potatoes on the counter. Her blue nails were so long that it took her forever to use the register. Other than that--- we love the place! It's always fun to go through the Discount Bags. And everything else is nice and fresh-- a great selection.

There is a huge apple orchard were you have a choice of picking your favorite type of apple and there are plenty of choices. You can also pick your own pumpkins. Complete chaos! The whole festival certainly is fun and the…read morevillage is awesome for putting it all together but holy heck it just gets too out of control. We started out with the chowder crawl which was right up my ally. $10 per person and there was about 8 or so restaurants go to for our chowder. The very first one we stopped at though was Tommys and low and behold they didn't have any ready yet. Oh well. We finished the run around town and marked down our winners and handed it in. Next was the doggy parade and that was when things really just became nuts. There was no instruction for the parade participants and everyone was just kind of wandering the streets. Then when we finished the constables were SCREAMING at us to get out of the street. Could have been done a little nicer! There was wine tasting, whiskey tasting and cheese tasting plus complimentary marshmallow roasting but I was just so done with all the idiots walking in the street and bumping into me and my dogs so we left. Not to mention directly next to the marshmallows were a bunch of tightly caged in farm animals :( the smoke from the fire was going right onto them!! Thats not right in my opinion. Next year hopefully it will be better organized and no farm animals please!

We found ourselves in between tall weeds trying to pick some berries. It seemed as though there were not as many strawberries to be picked either. I hope these are just growing pains and will be cleaned up and expanded for next year. The swings on the tree and the little market were kept nice. I also loved the addition of the chairs and tables outside.
