I called Roadside 4 All, and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced my alternator, and had me back on the road within about an hour. Because of his quick service, I was able to finish my work and make the drive home safely. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was mobile roadside service. He was also friendly, professional, and detailed, taking the time to explain what he was doing. Having your car break down away from home is stressful, so I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled everything. We couldn't release the parking brake, the engine wouldn't turn over, and it was parked head-in in a super tight spot, making it really hard to move. Julio was fantastic from start to finish. He helped us get a great deal on four new RV batteries, removed the old ones, drove to pick up the new batteries, reinstalled everything, and then walked us through troubleshooting until the RV finally started. He even helped us move it safely to a larger space inside the storage facility. Julio was friendly, patient, and very professional, especially with my parents. He explained everything clearly and helped us choose the most affordable and honest option to get the RV running. He also arrived within an hour of our call, which was impressive, and his pricing was very reasonable. Eli is absolutely amazing at what he does. His communication is spot on. He is very informative. He handled all the information I needed with both dealerships, in terms of pick up and drop off etc. He was absolutely 100% professional, and put me at ease regarding the handling of my vehicle. I felt embarrassed, asking him if he transports high-end vehicles!? Lol. My car is a dime a dozen in a bucket compared to some of the other exotics that he handles daily. On descent noticed the brakes were not slowing vehicle properly and slowly coasted off freeway at next exit. Contacted Good Sam Roadside Assistance and was told to wait for call from tow provider. Follow up calls and still no update on tow provider after 6 hours. I contacted a shop in Santa Clarita and was referred to LM Towing Service. I called LM and they indicated they were dispatching a truck. The tow truck arrived and rescued me from the middle of nowhere. Thanks to Larry as my RV was towed to the shop in Santa Clarita. Larry was personable and we had good conversation during the drive. Good luck on your fishing trip!

That is well within their rights. These employees, however, never bothered to ask the paying customers which cars belonged to them, and MY car got towed while I was eating. I walked out to see my car on the flat bed truck, and with everyone yelling at the driver and me repeatedly pressing the button on my key fob to trigger the alarm beep, he refused to stop. The McDonald's manager called him back, telling him the car was towed by mistake. When he brought the car back, he wanted ME to pay $165 to take it off the truck. Now in what universe would I pay $165 for my car being towed from the spot it belonged in? The car was never supposed to be towed. I was eating in the restaurant and parked in the restaurant's parking lot. I am not paying for that. I did nothing to cause this situation. When I refused to pay, he said I could WALK to the tow place and settle it there, still expecting me to pay. So that's when the word MOTHERFUCKER came out of my mouth, with my full chest, because where does he get the nerve to ask me to pay for something that I am the victim of? He then refused to take the car down and started to drive off with it. I got the manager of the McDonald's and STOOD IN FRONT OF THE TRUCK to stop him. This fool had be barricading a semi truck with my body, HE made a mistake. The McDonald's MANAGER made a mistake. If there is $165 on the line, that's between THEM. NOT ME. He was NOT leaving there with my car, and he should have acknowledged the misunderstanding and settled up the money with McDonald's, which I hope he charged her. Because costly mistakes are less likely to be repeated- she deserves to pay for it. Anyway, get a handle on your driver's ego and tell him to take in the situation as it comes. If he makes a mistake, HE fixes the mistake. If my car would have ended up at your tow lot you'd be getting this message from a lawyer instead of me. Fix his issues. Not all cars can be fixed and I stand by that...sadly no cars can be fixed at Halsey's…read more My "Frankenstein" Samurai was a nut that couldn't be cracked and I understand and I appreciated their honesty...but the next car was a bone stock Toyota FJ with a check engine light..once again, they didn't fix it...then the big problem..my '56 Chrysler...$11,000 to fix leaks that still leak, fix a transmission they torched and replaced that still doesn't shift into gear and for some reason they messed with the carburetor and now it idles at 40mph...$11,000 and I still have leaks, no heat, won't start, won't shift and when I actually do get it running, it's a runaway train...my wonderful dream car is a POS sitting in the garage...I wasn't going to put Halsey's on blast last year when I told Alan he needed to stop spamming me about "bringing my Chrysler back in for service!"...but they hit me up again..so here we are..they can't fix modified cars, they can't fix stock cars (a Toyota..really?) and they certainly can't fix classics. They did fix my brakes with the NOS parts I brought them but otherwise, my car is in worse shape now than it was before they touched it

Honda dealership told me that my evaporator (over $2600 )was leaking instead of a condenser, which was under the warranty. 4 hours at the dealer and walked away with horror, believing Honda was lying. 2 hours at Ride Way and they confirmed my suspicion, and showed me photos of the leaking condenser as well as told me that they did not find leaks in the evaporator.
