Dean has been taking care of my two older cars (A 2008 Smart and 2010 Mazda 3) for many years and I couldn't be happier with the service, his professionalism and the fantastic job he's always done! He's always gone above and beyond expectation, does an exceptional job and takes a lot of pride in doing the job well. He has even done things that I didn't expect or ask him to do without charging extra fees for his time. He has kept my car running well which has been a great help with the rising cost of new vehicles and auto repairs...I have taken my cars to him several times without an appointment when different "emergency" lights turn on to adjust tire pressures, change a burnt out brake or tail light, top off windshield wiper fluids or other "annoying" maintenance concerns. He has never turned me away or said he didn't have time to address the issue on the spot (Granted! With his expertise; it doesn't take him a long time to resolve the issue. But the fact the he actually STOPS what he's doing to assist without asking for anything in return or making you feel like you're inconveniencing him, says a lot about his character and his approach to customer care and service. OMG...Dean saved the day! I'm not exaggerating. My 2007 Ford Fusion started sputtering out of the blue and stalled at a light. I couldn't rev it, it wouldn't run for longer than a few seconds, and it shook before stalling. We called All Auto Care close to closing, and Dean told us that he'd wait for us to either get the car to him, or for us to tell him we'd have it towed the following day. Thankfully, we were able to drive it to him and he worked his magic. Within 10 minutes, he got it working again. His hospitality and knowledge are unmatched. We know the car is going to need more work down the road (it's close to 18 years old), so we'll be seeing him again. read more

Dean is a great mechanic and a great human being. I have a 20 year old Ranger that drains the battery if I don't start it every week or so. I noticed during the last time I jumped the battery, that the battery terminals had corrosion on them. I have cleaned them numerous times, so I finally bought brass battery connections. The new battery terminals sat in my house for quite a while and then I finally called All Auto to see when they could install them for me. They told me to come on over. 10 minutes after I arrived, the new terminals were expertly installed. Dean didn't even charge me! I told him his time was worth something and gave him $20 and asked if he could check my front brakes and he made a great recommendation to me. Go see these nice people immediately. Mechanic was unreliable, did not call back, and nor did they return my calls. Spent $750 here and the only thing fixed was my engine thermostat and my oil pan. Mechanic was not thorough in fixing the exhaust leak in my car. When I requested he please fix it properly he said it would require more money than I already had given. I brought my Mazdaspeed 3 to Dean to get the front/rear sway bar and their endlinks inspected since the handling seems to be uneven. It was previously installed by another shop that closed already. What can I say! Dean at all auto care was a life saver today. I needed tires replaced and called multiple places and being in the car industry for over 20 years I know values of cost and labor. Many other places were charging an arm and a leg to replace my tires. So I finally called Dean who was super friendly over the phone. He was swamped with work but told me that he'll fit me in if I can make it there within the hour. I had previously serviced my Mazda 3 at this shop and was extremely impressed and pleased with the results. I also own a 2008 Smart Car. It is difficult to find an auto mechanic shop that can/will service the Smart car because it requires tool specific to the Smart car and different skill set to work on the vehicle. Although the car is produced by Mercedes' Benz, the Mercedes dealership in Valencia will not work on the vehicle because the dealership does not have a Smart Center. The closest dealership that will service Smart card is the Mercedes Dealership in Beverly Hills which is quite a distance from Santa Clarita. I decided to contact the owner, I believe his name is Dean- and ask if he would work on the Smart car. He told me he has worked on many Smart Cars and was available to run diagnostics test to find out what repairs the car needed. I was afraid that it might need a new rotator as the battery was "jumped" by AAA twice in one day and still stalled. Dean discovered the rotator was NOT the problem but instead needed a new battery! He replaced the battery, changed the oil AND had a smog check on the car even though he had to take the car to another mechanic because he does not perform smog checks. He completed the work within a 24 hour period and charged a very reasonable fee for his services. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to service a Smart vehicle. Avoid a trip to MBBH, save much time and money to service the car. Not only am I very pleased with the service on my Mazda, but am beyond thrilled to have found him for future services on my Smart car. Thank for a job well done. read more

Honest good people, my car needed the alternator and serpentine belt replaced and I'm glad I came here for a second quote. The first shop was charging me an arm and a leg but All Auto Care did the job for a fair price and also did some extra work that the other shop had left undone. Just left all auto care. What can I say. I came in for one problem. My truck was leaking coolant from somewhere. Dean said yup it will be 2 hours to fix and I'll do it right now. Man drive in no appointment, So he tells me it's my water pump. Perfect!!!!. Dean then fixes it and tells me hey your tail pipe is off. I went and looked at it and yeah it was. i went here one time and it was an okay job, i tried to go a second time and absolutely not i do not recommend spending your money here. i went for a quote and for both labor, sensors and a diagnostic was going to run me almost a THOUSAND bucks. luckily i called a place in the valley and for all of that it was 290 with a free return check up in a week to see if things are going well. if you want to save your money DO NOT SPEND IT HERE!!! read more

We needed new tires for our car. I called 10 places to get recommendations for which tires to buy and to get prices. Dean at All Auto Care was very patient and informative. He explained the options and recommended Yokohama tires based on our driving habits, mileage, car, etc. He quoted an all inclusive price which was quite reasonable. So I made an appointment and brought the car in. Dean and his team were very friendly. He told me it would take about 2 hours. It was actually done in an hour and they called to let me know. Second Review: my first review is below but I needed to review these guys again!! Yesterday one of our work trucks had a double whammy. To start the day the wipers refused to work. We changed the fuse and no luck. We had to park it until the rain stopped. Towards the end of the day we tried to move it back to our shop once the rain stopped. It refused to start!! There was suddenly something wrong in the gear selector. We started it in neutral and got it over to the guys. Though it was already late, Dean told me he would have our truck ready by morning. Sure thing, 6am we just picked up our truck and it's ready for a crew to go to work. Without the truck fixed 2 guys would have missed a day's pay. THANK YOU!!!! First Review: Awesome group of people with second to none ethics!! No reason to ever chance your vehicles with another mechanic. We moved our business in close to this company. Shortly after we had a few serious issues come up with our personal and fleet vehicles. On the personal side, our 2010 BMW 650i had a radiator fluid leak. We took it to BMW and they wanted $1,100 to change all of the hoses because they couldn't locate the problem hose. I mentioned this to Dean and he asked to look at it before we spent that kind of money. In less than 5 minutes Dean identified the problem and quoted $50 parts plus 1 hour labor. My wife was rolling leak free at just over 10% of what BMW quoted. We had a fleet vehicle develop a problem during the week but couldn't afford to be down a vehicle for maintenance. Dean worked his magic and had our vehicle on the road immediately with a temporary repair. He scheduled him and his guys to come in Saturday and they fixed our vehicle under his estimated cost. The true character of this group was shown when I stopped to help a stranded motorist near our shops on a blind corner. The young lady had run out of gas. I called Dean and asked if he had any gas he could help her out with to get her moving as quickly as possible. Within 5 minutes Dean arrived and put 3 gallons of gas in her car. Her 4runner fired right up. She insisted on giving Dean $20 but he refused and told her to pay it forward. No question that he earned a customer from this lady. It wasn't until this experience that I felt I truly needed to leave a review on the character and workmanship this group displays. I had never met Dean prior to moving our company in near him, but he was easy to spot out as our go to mechanic when we would see him helping anyone that could use a hand. Oh man oh man where do I begin. First I want to say how great these people have been and how they continue to do awesome work. So I brought in my 1998 Nissan 240sx and wanted to swap my KA24de to a SR20det from a s15 (like a 2001 Silvia engine). They were very quick on removing the engine. Then they even power wash my engine bay so now it looks extra clean. There were a few problems with parts not fitting but they were understanding and were doing the best of their abilities. They would stay up until 3 in the morning many night just to get this done (that dedication you are not going to see anywhere else). They even called after just to make sure everything was great. There was a problem with a belt being loose and the clutch being stiff but they fixed it right away without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend these people and I'm loving my car. read more
