I took it to three different body shops in town to see what my options were. Two shops told me they would have to drill into the car and leave a plug on the inside panel, and even then, they couldn't guarantee it would look 100%. Then I took it to The Dent Man and spoke with Han. He immediately said he could get the dent out without drilling, and I was able to schedule the repair for the very next day. The result was absolute perfection! You would never know the dent was ever there. Han told me it would take about two hours, and he had it finished right at the two-hour mark. He did an incredible job! Han was so easy to work with, professional, and friendly, and everyone in the shop was welcoming and kind. If you're shopping around trying to decide where to take your car, hands down, I highly recommend The Dent Man. This is by far the best experience I've had with a body repair shop in the SCV.

Victor took a quick look at the car, heard what we had to say, really understood where we came from, and said he would do his best to fix what he could instead of replacing, and he'll send us a quote the same day. The quote he gave us was easily less than half the quote from the dealership. Less than one week from signing up with Felix Autobody they had the part purchased and I dropped off my car and they said they'll have it ready in within the week. Their estimated time was also great and was just one day off cause they had to add one more part that was damaged, but all in all it was a massive win, on all parts. I said this to Victor and Nancy both, I really hope we don't have to get auto body work to this scale ever again, but if we do, I know where I'm going! Also, they have the cutest dog in their front office that is hungry for scratches. I loved connecting with her every time we visited. Plus point for pet lovers!

OMG, I probably had called 7-10 auto shop for my breaks to be fixed. My HONDA accord was making a screeching noise so I knew it was pretty bad. I was really getting frustrated because it's dangerous to drive any car that needs brakes. Finally, one of my friends recommended me to "All Auto Care" (661-251-6737), I called the shop and Dean answered the phone. Let me remind you that it's already 5 pm and I know most shops are closed. It was surprisingly enough that he agreed to look at my car. I drove to his shop and checked my car and said that I needed a rotor. I brought my own brakes (autozone) but I didn't have the rotors. I asked if I could drive to the nearest Aurozone. He said he would wait for me (what a gentleman). So I drove to the Autozone and the cashier said that Dean called and the rotors were ready to be picked up. All I can say was "Wow", what a good, considerate, hardworking, and understanding human being. Much kudos to him and may his business receive many many blessings. I was fortunate enough and no wonder why I was recommended to his shop. Thank you very much again Dean for doing my 2008 Honda Accord's brakes and rotors. Now I can safely drive with my kids in the car for now lol. I will definitely come back! read more

This is my first time on Yelp and my first review. I just felt I had to let everyone know about the outstanding customer service and quality work that me and my wife received from All Auto Care. We had used a mechanic just a few doors down from them for over a decade until recently taking my wife's car in for a strange noise they could not figure out what it was. Meanwhile they put new brake pads on which I've come to find out were the wrong ones thanks to AAC and basically told me they give up. I was recommended to try All Auto Care by a friend and he had figured it out in no time at al and had it fixed within an hour. A it turned out to be a broken motor mount. He then checked out the brake pads after we told them about a clicking noise that had started after the last placed put on new pads. We were shocked to find out the previous mechanic had put in the wrong pads for our car. He replaced them with a higher quality pad and it's been like driving a new car. Initially, the quote was for $6k to fix the car. Tom, cautioned me that my car had a lot of miles already. My emotions would have gotten the best of me. I was hesitant and Tom offered to drive the car himself to check it out. What business owner does that these days?! He must have tested it twice to be sure because he came back and told me the car was overheating meaning the head gasket was blown. A "normal" mechanic would have fixed teh other stuff and hoped I'd be back for the rest of the $4K! Tom is a rare find. Mechanics that know the cars, not a technician, can quote you options, OEM or reliable aftermarket, and honest. People we need to send Tom Kale salads to keep him around! If you have a German car and you are anywhere near the Santa Clarita Valley AND you need service or car care, you owe it to yourself to stop in and talk to Tom or Chelsea. (I spent so much time talking about Tom, I almost forgot to mention how great Chelsea was getting us all set up! )

Not all cars can be fixed and I stand by that...sadly no cars can be fixed at Halsey's…read more My "Frankenstein" Samurai was a nut that couldn't be cracked and I understand and I appreciated their honesty...but the next car was a bone stock Toyota FJ with a check engine light..once again, they didn't fix it...then the big problem..my '56 Chrysler...$11,000 to fix leaks that still leak, fix a transmission they torched and replaced that still doesn't shift into gear and for some reason they messed with the carburetor and now it idles at 40mph...$11,000 and I still have leaks, no heat, won't start, won't shift and when I actually do get it running, it's a runaway train...my wonderful dream car is a POS sitting in the garage...I wasn't going to put Halsey's on blast last year when I told Alan he needed to stop spamming me about "bringing my Chrysler back in for service!"...but they hit me up again..so here we are..they can't fix modified cars, they can't fix stock cars (a Toyota..really?) and they certainly can't fix classics. They did fix my brakes with the NOS parts I brought them but otherwise, my car is in worse shape now than it was before they touched it

I explained this issue over the phone, and again when I arrived. The shop said my front brakes and rotors were worn, so I had both replaced. I assumed this was the reason for the noise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the price seemed fair. However, after the replacement, the same noise was still there - which was the main reason I came in to begin with. My front brakes would need replacing eventually, but I went in mainly to diagnose the noise. They offered to check the front brakes again for free. They put my car on the lift to listen for brake noise. While I could clearly hear the high-pitched noise each time when braking, the owner said he was unable to hear it. This confused me, because my wife and child can hear the noise every time we leave the driveway. When they backed my car out, we all could hear the high-pitched noise from the rear brakes (not the front brakes). It felt like my main concern wasn't fully addressed during my first visit. I felt like I was first sold a repair (new brakes) before having my actual concerns addressed (noise). Now I'm doubting whether I also needed to replace my water pump that day - which they said was leaking when I first visited to get the brake noise checked. I paid to replace that too, but was it actually necessary, or an upsell? They said they'd take off the rear wheels for $80 to check for debris and clean them, but at this point I'm not confident they would be able to diagnose my issue anymore. I don't want to spend any more money at this shop to check something that should have been checked when I asked on my first visit. To reiterate, all of the staff were friendly and I was treated respectfully and honestly - just to be clear for anyone reading to the end. But I will be looking elsewhere for a shop that listens to customers' concerns before charging for work. UPDATE: After reading the owner's response, I feel shocked. Again, I originally came in only to diagnose a noise - not specifically to replace brakes or rotors (or a water pump). I was happy to pay for new ones in order to solve my issue - the noise. I clearly communicated I was trying to solve the noise both times. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault for not pointing out exactly which wheels the noise was coming from. I'm downgrading this from a 3-star to a 1-star review due to this response. UPDATE 2: No, I was not shown any of my old or new parts before or after replacement - I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done; during the second visit, I was only shown my own car on the lift while trying to diagnose the sound, without any parts removed. But I'm not sure what that has to do with my review. My original noise concern was not resolved, and they didn't seem able to diagnose my issue. The owner's replies to my review sound very unprofessional and accusatory (do you reply like this to every review that's not 5 stars?) and I won't be replying here anymore.
