Efficient and punctual is great for any contractor! They took about 6 hours total to remove 1 very tall (but dead) Monterey Pine to about the fence line and trim away the dead branches on a second pine. The cleaned up and made the area even cleaner than it was before. All of the debris was hauled away and in the second tree they not only cut the dead branches away but also made it look nicer by doing expert pruning. Overall we are so happy with the work. They have easily won a place in our books for any future tree needs.

We have never had a CA Vendor try to charge us after a few days, the law even says right to cancel for 7 days. We would have been happy to pay for an inspection, but $1100 to cancel a job is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND We will not use them for any projects since this is how they want to run their business.

We may have given 4.5 instead because I had to re-do some of the weed barrier due to gaps or not being pinned down well which led to weeds. Jarvis and team are awesome, and I would highly recommend them for any tree work you might have…read more They removed several small to medium trees, trimmed back a couple others, and shaped a large hedge on our property. The team worked quickly, carefully, and when the time they were done, cleaned up so well, you could hardly tell they were here. The above is table stakes and what I was hoping for, but this team went above and beyond that: (1) They accommodated my request to wait until the weather cooled to trim our mature trees. This meant waiting a couple months. (2) Jarvis himself did the most challenging parts of the job. (For other companies, the person selling the work is not the same as the person doing it.). We weren't confident about some of the work we were asking for and whether we would regret cutting too much m, so he checked in with us often, letting us evolve our asks as we saw the work take shape. (3) In addition, we added / modified some scope, but Jarvis graciously added it in to the original estimate as opposed to nickel and diming us. Overall, great team, great communication, great work. The least I could do is leave them this review!
