BUYER BEWARE/FUTURE PERSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS BEWARE. UNINFORMED STAFF. ABSOLUTELY CARELESS MANAGEMENT. Waste of three hours, gas, and toll money. And drove sixty miles round trip due to an incredibly uninformed but overly-confident BDC consultant. Or was it a bait-and-switch all along?? As evidenced in the pictures below, I asked explicitly TWICE in what I would consider as possibly the most clear and definitive way possible, as to whether this dealership would be able to take in our Ford F150 with one or two payments left on the lease as a trade-in for a new Yukon SLT on the lot. The first time, I was told this could probably work. The second time (second picture) I was 100% assured this would not be an issue. As such, I set up an appointment and my dad drove to this dealer from Chicago after work, and I drove to this dealer separately from the suburbs after work. We spent over an hour taking a look at the car, going on a test drive, the works. Pre-qualified with a trade and ready to buy that day. Only to be told by some type of manager who was either too scared or careless to even come up to our face and tell us the BDC consultant was wrong, and in fact, they couldn't take in the F150 and had no work around. He did not apologize for his exceptionally uninformed and over-confident staff. Instead he sent our new salesperson back and forth several times as if she was running up the stairs asking her daddy if her friend could sleep over on a school night. Dude, come over here and apologize and be a man. Or if you truly just didn't care, get a different job that doesn't involve customers. These car dealership staff act like they work at Verizon selling budget android smartphones or something. They have absolutely zero awareness or care in the world that they're selling what amounts to most folks as the second biggest purchase they'll ever make in their life. Maybe the BDC consultant knew this all along and just lied to get us in the door to perform a bait-and-switch??? Regardless, one star either way. Classless. Our car salesperson on the other hand was fine, she was new but she was sweet and this was through no fault of her own. Incredibly unfortunate and an absolutely well-deserved one star review. Your BDC consultant and your careless and/or scared "manager" absolutely earned this one. I always start and five stars and detract from there. Castle, you're dead to me.

Confirmed appointment and test drive with Alexandra. No car there, after driving an hour in traffic. Apparently at their body shop.

And then Xavier's manager helped me understand more about my gear shifter. Thank you service department for having wonderful hard working and knowledgeable and kind staff. Then I went to the express oil change service station and Adrian assisted me and took great care of my car for the oil change and topped off everything I needed (coolant and windshield wiper fluid is what they top off) and added air to my tires after a long cold winter. Oil change is $135. Free popcorn and hot beverages and water while you wait along w vending machines. And Miss Lovely Erica at the sales department was super nice too! She looks out for customers and has their best interest in mind still after 8 years. She made fresh popcorn for customers to enjoy while waiting for the oil change. Thank you Hawk! The staff make the place and thank you for hiring such dedicated staff. And they play 80s music, the gold standard across the world :) Only thing I would ask ... please update the sofa and chairs at the express oil change service area. I understand it's happening very soon but the sofas are lumpy and cloth which is not easy to clean as it absorbs dust and odors... vinyl cushioned single seaters and love seats would be amazing ... just my personal preference like the ones at airports bc they are durable and easy to clean and don't lose their bounce. Then the high round tables and chairs are fine as they can be cleaned easily but the height to chair ratio is too short for petite people like me and once I sat on the chair I feel like my chin is almost hitting the table so please have taller chairs so people like me can enjoy the table. That's just my 2 cents :)

I was told to wait in the waiting area, and they'll be around to let me know the cost of repairs. My appointment time was 8:30am, and the mechanic came to speak with me around 9:30am about the issue and cost. He told me the part was in stock and it will take another hour for labor. While I was waiting for the mechanic to make the repairs, I was introduced to another service that Currie Motors have, and that's their shuttle service. I went out to breakfast with some of the customers that were waiting as well. We were driven and brought back to the dealership. I waited about 30 minutes before being called to the cashier to pay my bill, and I was off to my baby girl. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Now, I've been coming to Currie Motors for years since buying my car, and I always recieve great service. However, my last visit was top notch. I was able to meet the mechanic that worked on my car as he came running out to inspect my car before I drove off. He gave me some great advise. I can't say enough about the service department. Also, I did not know they had fresh baked cookies and coffee available for their customers. So be sure to try a cookie while you wait.

I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from Curie Motors and, about a year and a half ago,…read morepurchased and installed a genuine GM battery through their service department. The battery clearly carried a 42-month warranty. At the time, Curie Motors could not perform the installation for several days, so I installed the battery myself to avoid being without a vehicle. Now, only about 16 months later, the battery has failed completely. When I contacted Curie Motors regarding the warranty, I was told they would not honor it because I no longer have the original paper receipt. What makes this even more frustrating is that every service visit, vehicle detail, and purchase tied to my VIN is supposedly "in the system," yet somehow they claim battery purchases and warranty records are not traceable. That is extremely difficult to believe from a major GM dealership. The battery itself has serial numbers and identifying information that should easily verify the purchase and warranty status. This feels less like customer service and more like a loophole designed to avoid honoring warranties on GM products. I have been a loyal GM customer, and this experience has completely changed my opinion of Curie Motors. If this is how they treat customers over a clearly warrantied product after only 16 months, I would strongly caution others before purchasing vehicles, parts, or service from this dealership. Very disappointing experience.

Since it was cold outside at the time, there was really no way for them to know it was not actually cooling properly. About two weeks ago, once the weather got warmer, my husband realized the AC was not working at all. On March 18, he took the car back and was told the condenser needs to be replaced and that the repair would cost around $2,500. After all of that, the dealership said the best they could do was offer a $400 credit. In our opinion, this should have been repaired at no charge. We made it clear from the beginning how important working AC was, and this was not something that should have become our expense so soon after buying the car. They are a dealership, so it likely would have cost them far less to fix than what they expected us to pay, and it would have been the right thing to do for someone who had already spent thousands of dollars there. What makes this even worse is that we traded in our Toyota Avalon because the AC in that car was not working, only to end up with another car that has the same problem. That is honestly unbelievable. What really made this whole situation worse was what happened after my husband posted his negative review. Suddenly, the dealership was willing to offer more help, but only if he removed the review. First, they said they would bring the repair cost down to $1,500 if the review was taken down. Then they came back again and said $1,000 would be their final offer, still only if the review was removed. We said no both times. At that point, it did not feel like they were truly trying to make things right. It felt like they were more worried about getting rid of the bad review than actually being fair about the problem. If they really cared about customer service and standing behind what they sell, they should have fixed this at no charge from the beginning instead of making offers only when a negative review was posted. This whole experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and expensive. We trusted what they told my husband and son at the time of the sale, and now we are left dealing with a major repair that should never have become our problem this soon after buying the car. Buyers should be very careful here, or better yet, save yourself the stress and go to a different dealer. Make sure everything is fully checked, tested in real conditions, and put in writing. I am posting this so other people know exactly what our experience was. I would give this place no stars if I could, but one star is required in order to post a review.

The experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish: * After the repair, the car was returned with the check engine light on. A few weeks later, after an oil change, the engine started rattling badly. * Another dealership (Carmax) discovered the valve pump was not fully attached and there was no oil cap installed after the major engine work. Their technicians were shocked that a dealership would release the vehicle in that condition. * For three weeks while the car was down, the dealership refused to provide a loaner or submit the proper 24A02 rental authorization that Ford's own recall bulletin requires for engine-failure cases. They repeatedly told me I had to pay out-of-pocket and wait for reimbursement later, despite clear Ford policy for no-charge rental support in these situations. The lack of communication and unwillingness to support a customer during a manufacturer safety recall made an already stressful situation much worse. I had to go elsewhere to get the car properly fixed, and it now runs beautifully. I would not recommend this dealership for recall work or major repairs. Other EcoSport or Focus owners under 23S64 should proceed with extreme caution.

My car was perfectly fine before I brought it in. Jemarquis Wright( Quick lane manager) checked me in. I told him that the last time I came here they recommended replacing my lug nuts, but I couldn't do it because they didn't have any in stock. This time I brought a new set with me, and since they were already going to rotate my tires, I asked him if they could replace the old lug nuts with the new ones. He said, "No problem, I'll let them know." After waiting almost 3 HOURS (he originally told me it would only take 1 to 1.5 hours), he came back and told me there was a problem. He said the threads on the oil pan were damaged and they couldn't reinstall the drain plug. He then told me the only solution was to replace the oil pan, which would cost around $700. I asked him to give me a few minutes to think about it, but instead he gave me an attitude and kept trying to pressure me into having the repair done there. It was very very annoying. First the price dropped from $700 to $600, then to $500, just to convince me to stay. In the end, I paid for the oil change but decided not to have the repair done there. On top of that, they never even replaced the lug nuts that I brought, even though I specifically asked them to. They also returned my car with grease stains all over the doors and didn't even bother to clean them. To anyone reading this, be careful. Based on my experience, this place is unprofessional. They should hire better technicians and treat their customers with more respect. Gonna make sure to post this everywhere so nobody else ever has to deal with this ever again!
