We often come to visit our son in Rio Rancho and on every trip, this Costco is always a must stop. We fill up the car with gas and do major shopping on our way back to Las Cruces. One of the major perks from Costco is able to return items without time frame, particularly since we do not live near one. The stores are always well kept including their restrooms. Their customer service is always excellent, much better than any other store. We also like that they support diversity. Hopefully one day we will have a Costco in Las Cruces!

It is very heavy and there is…read morea sign on isle 29 which says 'do not try to load this on your own, we will load it for you.' So I went to the returns/customer service desk (?). I ask for someone to be sent to isle 29 to help me. No one came. 15 minutes went by and I can hear over the loudspeaker the lady trying to get someone to help, now the robot was asking. Over and over again. Employees walk by me without a word. I finally got a a cart on my own. I managed to load it on. I am 67 years old and it wasn't easy. Then as I roll it to the front, I can hear the lady asking for someone to help me. As I passed her I waved and said I did it myself. I get to the self-service kiosk and the lady in front of me asked for more bags as they ran out and guy, monitor just shrugged his shoulders at her. I got up there and told him I need someone to help me load this into my car. I left to pull my car up and the guy they sent me was older than me and crippled and was using a cane! I just loaded it myself. why do they have a sign that said don't load it on your own and then endup having to load it anyway? Horrible service won't go there again.

This is most important above all else. The shop is squeaky clean, the staff is always helpful and the managers really know what they are talking about. My family always gets al their supplements and vitamins here (we have been customers of Vitamin Shoppe for many years, in our old town) and have always been happy with the high grade products that they stock. I asked to clarify if he didn't know his products well and he said he absolutely did and I said so then you really just don't want to help me.
