Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive staff who acted like I was wasting their time. After checking in, I was bluntly told they couldn't service my electric vehicle at this location for two months as they only had three EV Techs -- something that was never mentioned when I made the appointment. No apology. No attempt to help. No solutions offered. To make matters worse, they asked if I bought the vehicle from them -- which is completely irrelevant. Service is service. Whether I purchased there or not shouldn't determine whether I'm treated with basic respect. I also spoke with the Service Manager (John Coan) had a horrible attitude and couldn't have cared less. The overall attitude was essentially, "We don't care -- take it somewhere else." That's exactly how it felt. No accountability for wasting my time, no effort to assist, and zero concern for the customer experience. If you own an EV, don't bother coming here. And if you value professionalism, communication, or customer service, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was hands down one of the worst service department experiences I've had.

I told my boss, my engineer,my assistant..don't forget I am off Monday. I take three days off..the weekend and what I thought was 5/24. My assistant dutifully comes and says nothing..I take Monday 5/17 off that was supposed to be 5/24. I go to the dealer and I pull in and say I have an appointment at 10am. They take my car and say nothing. I am in the waiting room and it dawns on me I have not seen a direct deposit I see each month so I open my account on line to see that the last transaction I did was Monday the 17th. I am like OH MY GOD. I call my job to make sure the building is ok. I am having a brain hiccup.....how could I have done that so many places and no one corrected me. My assistant was needed to handle a flood ...in multiple units and he was there! My engineer was saved..I was saved... It was God's hand on my life. I asked the service advisor, Eva, at Kelly Nissan when she comes in ..".I came on the wrong day. and you did not say anything" .She smiles..she says Ms P______ we would never turn you away.....!! I am flabbergasted. That is why I rate them 5 stars every time. They could have rejected me..said come back when it is your date!!..but not Kelly Nissan. Thank you for great service all these years.

I explained that I did not want to come in and waste both time and money if the deal was not what I was looking for. I explained exactly what deal I was looking for and that I would be paying for a uber so I would not come unless it was for sure. He took all my information ran a check and said yes the deal was possible. Only for me to come in and the quote me a completely different note $400 over what I was looking for. He smiled and laughed and said that banks were closing. Which he already knew before pressuring to come in. So I wasted about $70 there and back on transportation. Horrible

JASON IN SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!! I broke my leg at work ,( I'm an RN) and I had a temporary handicap placard . I had throw it up on the dash, and it went into the Twilight Zone ! I couldn't get it out from where the windshield meets the dashboard and only saw the edge of it. Yes yes, for $10.00 and waiting 4 weeks (at which I would no longer need it). So I called several dealerships and they blew me off , THEN I WENT TO VW OF OAK LAWN AND HERO JASON, made a contraption with masking tape and got it out !!!!!!! In about 5 min . My experience at the dealership has not been the best. Service will allow you pay for things covered by warranty if you let them. They give me a price without even checking the system. I ALWAYS have to advise what's covered. I've never had this experience with Nissan, Chevy and Mercedes. I'm so disappointed with the service I've received and it hasn't been a year. I'm dreading having this truck any longer. It may be best to trade it in now. Update: went to the dealership this morning and was told my tire was not repairable and had to be replaced. Only to get a second opinion and find out, the tire could be repaired. This dealership service dept are crooks! They just wanted me to replace my tire so they could repair and resale it. Also! My brand new tires are NOT new. The tire repair shop advised me there was a patch in the tire already. This is my first tire repair so where did the previous patch come from?
