We were told that it was a bumper to bumper warranty with a $100 deductible. This was a lie. We had radio issues a year later and tried to use the warranty at our local dealer. We found that the warranty is only good at the purchasing dealer. We also found that it was only a power train warranty and that the deductible is actually $200. On top of this, their service manager is never at the location and will not answer any calls or texts. He is not the only issues. We have reached out to the General Manager who also will not return calls. We are happy with the car and I will replace the radio on my own, but hope that we never have to use our powertrain warranty.
