My check engine light was on and they gave me an appointment for 5 weeks later. I am currently aggressively fixing my credit so that I won't ever be in a position to need a service like theirs again. Horrible experience. P.S. Never be late on a payment. They will absolutely repo your car for being just one day late even if you have had on-time payments for 4 years. That's how they are able to sell to high risk borrowers which you are since you are going to them and not a regular dealership. Get over it and don't be late. No excuses.
