My boyfriend and I were in a few nights ago looking for a beginners anal toy. I went to Castle to see if they had anything I might want to buy. I wasn't sure where to look or what prices I should expect to pay. I ended up loving the place. I think it may have had to do with the person who helped me. A sales associate named Brandon is awesome! He asked if I needed any help and offered me advice on what to look at. He was super friendly and let me look at anything I wanted to. I felt comfortable telling him what I was looking for and he was able to point me in the right direction because he knows so much about the products. As far as Castle stores go this one was pretty much the same. It did seem a bit more organized and had an uplifting aura to it. I ended up spending more than I planned on but I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend this store over the others because Brandon works here. As I entered the Castle Mega Store i heard from the distance hello. That was great to hear as I entered the store. I was looking for a product and was told that the company was no longer in business. Jessica and Kim knew of the product I was interested in and gave me the description of something new that they now have in stock. I felt very comfortable talking to the girls and very confident about the information they gave me.. Too bad all business owners cant find outstanding personnel like Jessica and Kim. I walked into this store today and walked right back out after only a few minutes. This store has TERRIBLE prices. Also, the management staff could definitely be more professional. I stood at the counter to ask my question for about 5 minutes before I was even noticed by the fat blonde manager. used to be a nice place to shop.. now it's like walking into a used car dealership. The employees hang over your shoulder to the point that you can't look at anything. They are rude and pushy. They have a good variety of products, but you can't shop without being harassed by the staff. They must work on commission. It's too bad. I used to enjoy going in there. Now I avoid it.
