Absolutely no. We came here from out of state and that may have been my mistake to mention that because they probably thought that we weren't going to be back and because of that they can do whatever garbage they wanted on our fingers. I'm walking it's a beautiful nail salon and I will give them the one star for that otherwise this Salon would have gotten zero stars from me. 60 dollars for dip that includes cuticles. 60 for gel on the feet and they didn't do a good job and it was super sloppy work. I think they keep the lighting in the store dark enough that you don't see the defects on your nails until you walk out of there and you are in daylight and you see that they did not do a good job. I'll leave pictures here of how I got my nails done last Wednesday and it's only been 6 days and all of my dip has been chipping and I have yet to wash dishes. Terrible terrible dip job. My sister was getting married 2 days from the day that we got our nail done and the person she was working with claim that she did a lot of acrylic pink and white for brides.. Trusting her on that my sister decided to go with her judgment only to have (see attached pictures), of our fingers cut multiple times, and the size of her nails were not even done completely. Her nails have only been few days and the base is already lifting. I went to this salon based on someone who probably actually hates my sister, told her to go here even though I had recommended that we don't go here based on the fact of the reviews were horrible.. but my sister wanted to go with the recommendation of someone who lives there and I can honestly say I regret it. Something else that I thought was extremely unprofessional was the fact that they knew we were first time customers and it is all over their website the first time customers get a certain amount of a discount. He charged us full price and I had to pull up what he had written on his website to remind him of that. If you're a bride who needs a nail salon, I highly highly recommend that you do not go to this place. read more

Overall the staff and ambiance was wonderful, we did treat my two very young granddaughters to their first mani/pedi and the staff who were assigned to them were very patient!! The "Lavender" pedicure was great, what a treat by the male staff who did an extra hard pressure on my foot which was sooo good. I was slightly disappointed when my manicure was "done" within 5 min. Warning: I would rethink coming here. We had bleeding cuts while getting manicure and unsolicited extra charges!!!! I wish I could deny charges and get my money back. The more time that goes by the more angry I get that I didn't walk out after cuts or insist on a discount. My daughter and I used to live in town and were visiting over spring break. We wanted our nails done and decided to make appointments for manis and pedis here bc it is near everything we were doing in Southlake that day. We thought it had good reviews but man, what a mess. I can't believe this place is still in business!!! The massage chairs are old and sunken in. The working staff, not the male walking around eyeing everyone as they are working, seemed nice. However, my nails started chipping that day. I have 5 chipped nails in less than a week. I don't even have that happen when I do them myself. I ended up with a hangnail on my toe. My daughter got a full set and got cut 3 times and bleeding and it hurt badly but didn't want to cause a scene even though there was blood the nail tech kept having to wipe. We were overcharged as we were leaving for her nails. I even questioned the charges and the male kept adding charges for my daughter's nails saying I am wrong then promptly walked away ($100! For her manicure alone with all extra charges he kept randomly putting on). Shouldn't the nail tech know what she did and already have it on the sheet???? Anyway. I really contemplated on whether or not I should write a review for this salon. I've only been in TX for about 7 weeks, and this was the 4th nail salon I've been to. I've been trying to find a salon that is able to do a really good dip (mani), and I'm spoiled because I had 1 nail tech in Nashville (just recently moved from) for 3 1/2 years, and prior to that I worked with 1 nail tech in Los Angeles for 10 years. Both ladies knew how to shape my nails the way I wanted/liked them, and both were extremely meticulous. Each salon I've tried here in the HEB/Southlake area I've VERY SPECIFICALLY explained that I wanted to book with a senior/extremely experienced nail tech who would listen to what I wanted and be able to help me get the results I'm looking for. And each time, I've been paired with someone who is far less experienced and doesn't do the job well. It's frustrating sitting next to a nail tech that I see does impeccable work, but I can't seem to get my requests fulfilled. I am then told that I need to request a specific nail tech, but if I've never been to the salon (AND I'm new to the area) how am i supposed to know who to request? That's why I'm so specific when I've called to make my appointments. The nail tech I was assigned was very nice and professional; however, even with the pictures of the nail shape I showed her that I wanted, and after extensively going over what I am looking for, I still walked out of the salon with less than decent results (I was in the salon for just over 1 1/2 hours, and she was pulled away twice to fix other customers' nails that she'd worked on). I also had to return after my meetings (about an hour later) to have her fix 2 of my nails (the topcoat didn't set and was smudged). She did fix them, and they looked okay. Unfortunately, not even 2 hours later 2 of my nails chipped, and the topcoat (I've always had a gel topcoat over dip powder - I like my polish to look very shiny, and it's always been more durable for me) on all of my nails PEELED off. It's been 4 days since I had them done, and I've already had to file down every nail, reshape them (she left 2 nails significantly longer than the rest - it looked ridiculous), and create the shape I showed her. I'm so frustrated that no one I've been paired with has actually been able to make my nails look the way I want them to, and I'm tired of spending so much money and driving around from salon to salon trying to find 1 person that is actually good at dip mani's. I've decided to purchase an at-home dip kit and will start doing my manis at home - at least I'll be able to get the desired end result. Like with the other reviews I've recently posted, if you're lucky enough to get paired with a great nail tech of course you'll have a great experience. I walked in and the man at the front was friendly but immediately tried to upsell me. I asked questions about the pedicures and, I was surprised he actually didn't no the difference between a 77! Pedi and 69$. I got the 77$ pedicure, but there hot water wasn't working so they boiled water in the back and brought it out. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. It was the best I have ever had. This is my first time here and Lori did a great job. The guy in front seemed attentive and ensured everyone is taken care of. I even noticed some clients had close relationships with their artists. The reason for my 4 stars is because when you're a first timer you get 15% off but the guy would take your phone and rate the place 5 stars on google reviews without asking me. The reasoning is because they get a "coupon code" to give the 15% off. That's the first time I've heard this, I have many friends with businesses and not once have I heard google offers this. Best nail experience ever! Walked in after a terrible nail experience last week at a different local salon, the front desk person was very kind and immediately matched me with a tech that would take care of my nails. Lee not only gently removed my old set, but created the EXACT look I wanted on my nails! I did not feel like he tried to talk me into a different type of nail or a different color, he took great care in doing exactly what I had in mind. Best of all- he was extremely fun to talk to and joke around with! *When was the last time you had that experience at a nail salon around here?!?* Lindsey did my pedicure and I have to admit, after getting a pedicure monthly for probably the last 10 years, she topped the list! Her massage pressure was on point! She took time with each step of the pedicure, and again was amazing to talk to and joke around with! My friend and I came in for a manicure for me and a pedicure for her. We didn't think to call first so I take part blame for what happened. Definitely call first. They were packed, which is great for them - business is booming! As long as you get what you asked for. I had requested the "queen" package with a 12 minute massage - which I didn't end up receiving because they were understaffed. However, I wasn't charged for it so I'm not too terribly upset but I would've preferred to know ahead of time. I did however only have to pay for the "express" manicure which was only $28 with gel polish instead of $52. (Gel is an extra $20!) Yet even with the "express" manicure, you're supposed to get a sugar scrub and hot towel wrap- which I got neither of. The lotion massage was heavenly though! Tiffany used the perfect amount of lotion so I wasn't drenched. My friend LOVED her pedicure and the incredible woman that helped her, and because she's happy, I'm happy. Tiffany, who worked on me, has a stunning way of talking with her clients and even making sure they're thrilled with their nails every step of the way. Plus, she never once nicked my cuticles. If nothing else, make sure you're getting everything you're paying for. And don't be afraid to ask for what you're paying for! read more
