First visit and I am now a regular. The owner was attentive, kind, and his employees were amazing. The owner even opened my water for me so I could easily drink it while getting my nails done. I don't ever let anyone do my nails because I'm super OCD but I let Gigi do my gel nails and WOW she did it exactly how I would have done it. I'm shook! And my pedicure was sooo relaxing. This salon is not what they advertise. I came here after seeing amazing pictures of nails I wanted and the tech who started my nails did a terrible job. Placement, polish and design were all sloppy and bumpy. Another tech stepped in to fix it but honestly did not meet the expectations they advertised on their social media. A day later I found that various pictures they post as their own are actually pictures stolen from other talented nail artist! Beware!! Other than being a little bit more expensive than the other nail salons, this nail salon is very well managed, and has a very good atmosphere. When one of the nail techs didn't do the best job, I went back to get them redone because they have a one week period where they will fix any damage. The employees were very apologetic and they gave me a gift. Henry is the best nail tech! He was the one who fixed my nails and he is very good. You get what you pay for, and when Henry does your nails, you will leave very satisfied. read more

Blu Nail Spa is the BEST find EVER! I tried it last weekend after my daughter went for a manicure. My daughter raved about it so my husband and I decided to get our pedicures there. We have struggled finding a place that does a good job consistently. We chose the Blu Pedicure and let me tell you...we'll never do anything different. It was worth EVERY PENNY! The customer service is beyond measure and you don't feel like you're being rushed so they can get on to the next client. My husband and I went to DK nails before a wedding we had later in the day. The two women who serviced us were great! They were great conversationalists and they did a great job on my simple gel mani. $35 for gel is a great price, especially for the job they did. I wish I took a good picture but trust me, these women know what they're doing and it's an affordable establishment. If I was from the Dallas area I would definitely be a regular! The women were the kind of techs who weren't annoying, intrusive, or nosey. They were friendly, connected with us about our culture and life, and were engaging, all while providing excellent service. The place only opened up about 6months ago and I usually avoid places that have limited reviews on yelp, but I'm glad I took a chance with them! I'm giving them 3 stars because they do some really good work, but I have an issue. I only get one hand done due to a disability I have, I didn't choose to be born this way. Yet, they try to over charge me by only doing 20% off. I talk them up to 30% but that's still way too much. I only do ONE hand. It's ableist. read more

Kevin, Paul, Annie and team are amazing! I am not sure what the other reviews are talking about b/c a Classic Pedicure is $33 and Signature Manicure is $25. The pricing is dirt cheap and the service is amazing. I tip 20% but those reviews must be for the old salon or something? Kevin and Paul are the new owners as of Spring 2023 and this place is a gem! You can text Paul to book or book online, you get points that add up over time (1st salon I have ever been to that has a loyalty rewards program) - my nails and toes are always great no matter who the staff is. Everyone is friendly, kind, happy, welcoming. I bring my mom, sister, aunt, and friends and come every 3 weeks. Highly recommend Blu!!! It is my go-to nail salon after moving here a year ago and having to suffer through trying new spots lol. Now I just text Paul and enjoy my gorgeous mani pedi !! I normally get my nails done by Bee. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told she was taking care of her father who had a stroke. Brian who is my back up, all of a sudden went to Vietnam. I found that strange because I just talked to him 2 weeks prior and we just talked about him saving up to go later in the year. I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. You talk about a disaster! I had to go back a few days later because my nails were lifting. I told the guy I think my nail is green, do I have fungus. I was told no you're fine, we'll soak off next time. Keep in mind this set is 30 days old. Well turns out I have nail fungus (I'VE NEVER HAD BEFORE). I'm extremely fastidious and cleanliness is important to me. THEY LIED! Bee no longer owns the place and Brian doesn't work there. I wouldn't ever step foot in this place. Technician Be always greets me with a smile and ready to take on the design of my nails. I feel so bad leaving this review because they were so nice but I've never had my nails look worse. After asking for a few adjustments (I asked for the white tip to be more arched and less thick, more narrow shape, they look like bubbles) it became clear it wasn't going to look the way I wanted and am use to getting at my normal nail salon so I was just ready to be done and get out of there at this point. There was also red glitter on her brush so there's red glitter throughout my nails. White spots from her trying to fix the white tip... just all bad. Waste of $65. I picked Blu Nail Spa after a search on gel builder. The pictures online were of extremely talented nail artists-so I thought this would be a good thing. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted. i informed the staff what I wanted and was told Gel X was a better option.. so this is their field so they should know best. Sat down and my pedicure started while the nail tech and owner Paul, spkke to Christine who would be doing my set. He let her know the shape and length I wanted. I was told Christine is the only tech in the salon who was able to do Gel X. Now a young lady came in shortly after me and wants Gel X... all of a sudden Christine is now doing her nails and I am back to getting gel builder. RED FLAG and I should have spoke up then. Fast forward - the gel builder is a waste of money - it was lifting before I even left the salon and they were off before I could make it to my normal nail salon to get my nails fixed. I spent $146, and had to spend another $65 to get them redone. Another thing that bothered me was Paul was more concerned about who kept texting him then paying attention to my nails. The pedicure was not bad, however for $41 I will stick to my normal place because it did not include all the things my normal salon does- it was more like a classic pedicure that typically runs $30 Not sure if the pictures you see online are all legit- but it definitely was not my experience. read more

terrible service. received a gift card and drove 30 minutes here and got a babysitter for my kids and was told to come back in an hour because they didn't have anyone available. the salon was empty with 2 people getting pedicures.
