Don't come here. If they injure you they won't offer a discount an you. I should have spoken up but the man was so sorry he injured me. He was really nice. And he did seem genuinely sorry. So I let it go. But now I'm home and he did a really crappy job. That really upset me because i was going in expect to come out with nice toes if not painted. My middle toe wouldn't stop bleeding during my pedicure. I told them no polish right away. I told him to remove the dead skin. I was expecting a good pedicure still! And the man didn't do that. If you're scared to injure me FUTHER, I understand. let someone else take over. He offered a nice polish so I said yes. but he kept BUMPING or rubbing my injured middle toe! ): If you can't see up close, please don't use automatic tools! Nearly 60 dollars down the drain. Update!!!!!!! after having to go in person to get a discount. They looked at my feet and saw all the dead skin. They wanted to redeem themselves but I said no thank you. (I don't believe my tone was that polite I was upset). Then they tried to hand me a 10 dollar gift card. I said no. I paid 60. He asked how if the pedicure was 47 I said I tipped Even with an injury I still expected a good job! I get mistakes happen. I've been injured before. After hearing that, he decided to refund me the amount and only recharge me $30 which I felt was fair since I did get a good massage. Still super upset /: but it is what it is. read more

My only concern is they automatically added their tip to my bill and never told me. I added another tip on top of that. I didn't realize this until later when I looked at my bill to figure out why it was so expensive. Beware and check your bill. Came here for a pedicure and I did not enjoy it at all. I'll start by saying she didn't put gloves on which already gave me red flag vibes .. She massaged both my legs at the same time back and forth without pressure so it felt like a caress rather than a massage ! She also started the timer before starting the massage at 14 minutes instead of 15 minutes like it says on their menu for the tropical pedicure. It felt rushed and half fast! Won't be coming here again! Then I also don't like the shape of my nails , she made them round square(made my toes look too short and stumpy) when I always get a perfect square shape ! It's a very large salon with a lot of chairs available. It's clean, and well organized. I had Quinn as my nail tech and she was incredible.
