Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!

Therefore, she said there were only two options: we could wait until Monday or we to the ER. She had no solutions that involved even helping my friend with the obvious pain she was in. Instead, we went to Golden Valley Health Center and they got her in immediately. She left there in under half an hour with a pain medication prescription, cray paperwork, and a sling. During that time, I watched multiple patients get called up because they never received the text message the clinic supposedly sends for self check-in--just like us. Eventually, they called me up to ask the same question, and when I said I never got a message, they handed me paper forms to fill out so we could finally be checked in. It was really frustrating to sit there for nearly an hour with my injured son before anyone realized we weren't in the system. The staff were polite, but their check-in process is completely unreliable and needs to be fixed.
