I've never seen a guitar packed this well, bubble wrapped and packed with packing peanuts. There was also bubble wrap around parts of the guitar in its case as well. Couldn't ask for better packaging, and my guitar made it safe and sound all the way across the country. It did take a few days to actually be shipped out (there was a large auction and I'm sure this place was very busy), but it's worth a little extra time to have a delicate item so well packed. Terrible service, needs to be shut down…read more This place is terrible. I was just at this post office barely two hours ago, and the post office isn't accepting packages! The primary function of a POST OFFICE!!! And this is not the first issue I've had with this branch. The place is closed at inopportune times randomly, and the staff always sound like they don't want to do their jobs, either. This place needs to be shut down, and everyone in it fired. I get that you're working through stressing situations thanks to the idiotic trash government we have right now, but when you can't even fulfill the primary purpose of a POSTAL office, to SHIP PACKAGES, it's time to go! Shut it down, and put a UPS Store or FedEx in its place. They at least, you know, actually ship packages.

One time I brought a 15 lb package and a woman told me she had a bad back and couldn't put it in the the container which was literally next to the Shelf I put it on. She told me to go to another post office, even though there were two other workers there and they're all supposed to be able to lift far more than 15 lb. I avoid going there whenever possible, even though it is the post office that is closest to my house. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this post office. Nevertheless I left and returned the next day with the document. I stood in a line until somebody shouted out something about passports. I said I'm renewing not applying. They shuffled me to another line. I finally piped up and said all I need from yall is a photo and a money order. Suddenly everyone was clear. Oh, well you don't need to be in any of these lines. If you have your package with or without box or labels you can get in and out the store. Don't let a line scare you. The representatives do a good job of assisting customers. The majority of my transactions are no cost to me because the shipping fee is covered with my return but the value of shipping is reasonable.
