They had a limited selection of Aloha bags in the most recent patterns. Vintage style Hawaiian prints, locally crafted jewelry and a limited amount of home decor are among the shop's offering. The clerks were friendly without being overbearing. Prices were are a premium, but worth it to get genuine Hawaiian products. The shop is located in Chinatown. There is highly coveted metered street parking or a parking garage near by.

I bought it back today to try to exchange. I was informed that it was their policy that without a receipt they couldn't do anything and I was stuck with the top. The sales person was the same one who sold me the top the previous day so she knew I purchased it. I had a receipt on my Venmo app as well as in my ApplePay app...still not acceptable. She checked with Roberta Oaks so it is the owners inflexible policy. I will never go to this shop nor will I ever recommend this shop. I gave the blouse away. It's too bad they don't value the satisfaction of their customers.

This Crazy Shirts store in Ala Moana Center used to be on the 2nd floor but moved up to the 3rd. They have really cool designs and artwork in funky dyed colors. Some dyes used are volcanic rock, blue hawaiian, beer, coffee, grape & pineapple to name a few. The advantage of that is if you get any of those foods on you, the stain won't show! Most of their shirts are heavy weight cotton and will last a lifetime, so the premium price (avg $44-$50) is worth it.

We didn't really care for the designs and colors of our t-shirts and decided to see if we could exchange them. There are many locations of Crazy Shirts on the Island of O'ahu. There are several stores in Waikiki... And there are shops at Pearlridge Mall, Ko'Olina, and Kailua, as well as on the neighbor islands of Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island of Hawai'i. We chose the most convenient location for us - at Ala Moana Center, on the third level, by Neiman-Marcus. There's free parking at the mall and we had the pleasure of interacting with the nicest staff: Tina. She was so helpful and understanding. We showed her our gifts and pointed out the attached tags. She looked up the merchandise in their system and found out that our friend had indeed purchased the shirts from the Crazy Shirts Outlet at Ward Village. I knew exactly where that store was because I had been there in the past. They have great deals on discontinued prints, flawed items, and vintage stock. Instinctively, I had originally guessed that the gifts had been purchased at the outlet because Crazy Shirts produces a high quality product. The fabric is thicker and sturdier than the material used for other t-shirts. Crazy Shirts last for a long time. The designs are unique, local, and creative. The pricing reflects the superb product. Being practical, I felt that our friend would have gotten our gifts at a more reasonable price - like at the Crazy Shirts Outlet at Ward Centre. For example, we looked at a regularly priced t-shirt that was $51.00. I just cannot see myself wearing something like that. Sorry. I'm aware of the rent at the Mall and I have high esteem for this brand, but I prefer the prices at the outlet. What I mostly look for is lots of pa'u skirts in various colors and sizes and this place has that. What most impressed me is that they have keiki pa'u skirts starting at size 4! Such cute patterns, too. They also have lots of hair clips, leis, and other adornments. I didn't look very hard to see what types of dresses they carried, but I did see that they had dresses in general. Parking is easy when you come on a sunday (free street parking). The store closes pretty early, so weekends are probably your best bet if you hold a 8-5 job. Staff is friendly as well. Definitely will come back.
