Cory and his team set up our wifi and TV/audio system a few years ago. We were incredibly happy with how detail oriented and communicative he and his team were. Everything was installed as he said it would be, and he made sure we understand how to work everything. His prices were also incredibly reasonable. Over the years, he has been available for phone calls when we've had little hiccups. Always friendly and happy to help make sure things are running smoothly. Recently, our remote started glitching. When he brought the replacement out, it still wouldn't work. He had the company to credit us for the broken remote and got us a great price on an upgraded remote. He then came back out AGAIN to get that set up. He could easily be charging us for all this extra work, but he isn't. When we offered to pay him for coming out and making sure the remote was set up correctly, he refused payment and said "I just want to make sure you have a working system." Then - we found Chris and we learned very quickly that he is the one we could trust in our home and with our home, as he conveys patience, communicates openly about options we have & what will be done each day, takes pride in his work and has the eye of a perfectionist...all at incredibly reasonable prices for the results received! He told me what was doable, what was not worth the expense, and what to do instead. He was honest and creative about what could be done. They were competitively priced, and didn't have the "you dont know what I'm talking about" tax that I was getting from others. On the day of, they came out and got it done in a few hours. Mounting Canvas TVs (great TVs, horrible mounting system), setting up Sonos bars and hiding the cords in walls so it fits seamlessly. It honestly looks like a painting when not in use when there arent cords ruining the aesthetic. They even had a drywall guy that came the same day for the work outside their scope.
