They were competitively priced, and didn't have the "you dont know what I'm talking about" tax that I was getting from others. On the day of, they came out and got it done in a few hours. Mounting Canvas TVs (great TVs, horrible mounting system), setting up Sonos bars and hiding the cords in walls so it fits seamlessly. It honestly looks like a painting when not in use when there arent cords ruining the aesthetic. They even had a drywall guy that came the same day for the work outside their scope. I've got home networking projects coming up and will defintely use them again. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

They came and the project was difficult as my walls have no crawl space and they are plaster/lathe so they had to cut the walls. They cleaned up my HDMI/Ethernet wiring without me asking by running them through walls instead of the cord cover I was using. They had extra HDMI cable as mine was too short. After they finished they asked for less than 50 percent of what I expected the project to cost. I would recommend for any installation and just wished I contacted them sooner.

The previous owner said to just call Chad and he would get me fixed up with the Crestron App and all the needed codes and passwords. I reached out to Chad since I wanted 3 TVs installed and controlled by the Crestron system and I wanted a new Crestron remote for the family room. He was so busy it took a long time for him to respond. From start to finish, the service was abysmal. I had to wait days, sometimes even a week, just to get a simple reply. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially in a business that relies on timely communication. It felt like he couldn't care less about my business, resolving my issues or answering my questions. The owner, Chad, comes off as arrogant and dismissive, which only adds to the frustration. Instead of addressing my concerns, he brushed them off and made me feel like my business was not valued. I absolutely do not recommend using Audiothority. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its customers and provides the service they promise. You don't want to install a system in your house and then wait weeks if service is needed (and service is ALWAYS needed after the installation).

I had a hard time deciding to give 2 or 3 stars on this rating…read more I will start off saying that Daniel is very competent at what he does. I liked him and felt that I had the right guy for my work. However, for some reason he really missed the mark on the work he did for me. The best way for me to approach this review is just to give you the details of what transpired on the job he did for me. I hired him to put up 3 Tv's in my house, and one TV mounted on the outside of my house in a courtyard area. He was also hired to connect my audio receivers to speakers that were already installed throughout the house and outside in the courtyard. He also installed a security camera outside facing the driveway entrance to the property. We decided on a time for him to do the work. He was late for the appointment, but did call ahead to tell me he would be late. When he showed up he mounted my 60" TV in my living room and hooked my audio up to my speakers for my audio system then told me he would have to come back on another day to finish the job because he was overbooked that week due to the Super Bowl. He came back about 10 days later and mounted the outdoor TV and a small TV in one of the guest rooms. Again he told me he would have to come back to finish the job another day. I had to call him and hound him to get back out there to do the rest of the work. Meanwhile only 4 of my 8 speakers on the audio system were working which he said he knew, but failed to tell me. I had to call him several times to get an appointment for the rest of the work. He told me he was in a car accident and couldn't make it himself, but would send one of his guys. The other guy came out to finish the job but only got the security camera installed and strightened out the guest room TV which was lopsided on the wall from the original installation. He also couldn't finish the job. I just got exhausted of calling him to finish the job and gave up. The last TV was never mounted. I decided just to do it myself, because even though I had spent hundreds of $s he just couldn't finish the job. He also damaged some moulding in one of the bedrooms which he told me about,(but didn't repair), and said he would make up up on the price. I don't think he made anything up on the price. I don't mind paying a high price for very good work, but to have all of the miscues and hassle that I experienced on this job, I definetley overpayed, and had to finish the job myself. One other thing to mention, he sold me a sound bar for the bigger TV, and told me he would save me money by giving it to me at his cost. I found it one Amazon for $50 less than he charged me with free delivery with my prime account. Really ashame, because I think Daniel is a nice guy, and his heart is in the right place,(never felt like he was trying to rip me off), but he just seems to be a bad businessman, and despite all the other good reviews, his work is mediocre at best. Buyer beware!!
