I was really nervous because of all the bad reviews but I experienced a lot of fun yesterday February 22 2025. It felt like heaven and my husband and stepdaughter had fun as well. The guy in the front desk was really friendly and helpful. All the cats were cute. I'm coming back and I'm considering getting the membership. Thank you for helping those cuties living plushies.

Area inside of the door - please do not let out the cats!

I found the experience to be enjoyable. So, I am not sure if something has changed since earlier reviews, and/or it might be different when it is more crowded. I believe this is the first time that I have seen purebred cats in a cat cafe. So, that was definitely interesting! With me as the only walk-in visitor, I don't think the cats seemed too stressed. However, different individual cats had different different personalities. So, many wanted to interact with me, but some were more shy. The staff member was also friendly and talkative. So, if the experience can be similar for you, then I think it is worth a visit.

I made reservations online for two but it wasn't packed at all. I was there for almost a hour and there were over 20 cats there. Not all are playful and a lot are sleeping but there are plenty of friendly ones. I think they all have claws so you can get scratched and they can bite too. I had a great time. There's no actual food that you can buy so I wouldn't really call it a cafe. I've been to other ones like this that are real cafes where they have coffee or similar drinks like that. The main attraction is the cats.

The cats are so cute. Me and my friends pre-bought our tickets online and it was $20. It's kind of pricey but it goes towards that cats so it's fine. I didn't know what to expect but I wanted to take one cat home with me. I was really attached to the cat named Keanu because he kept coming to me to sit on my lap. He was so sweet. I've read other reviews about this place smelling like urine but it did not smell bad at all. The owner was super nice and friendly and she gave us food to feed the cats. Most of the cats were approachable and if you're looking to really interact with some, the sphynx cats are very active. They will literally hop on your back and it was so funny. I want to come back just for Keanu.

I'm sorry but this place sucked !! I left more depressed then when I came in. Not sure why they call this a cafe when it doesn't look like the serve anything but two bags of Lay's chips. The moment you enter it reeks of cat piss and all the cats were mean or asleep! It also looks like no one really takes care of them. They all have so much gunk in there eyes, even one cat could barely open there eyes !! I have been to other cat cafes and they are so fun and joyful it's hard to leave and this one I just could wait to leave! It was also very expensive $20 a person.

Amazing! They have a wide variety of cats, very friendly and most are adoptable! Understandable prices to adopt, and nice workers. I was definitely surprised by the 3 spynx cats, they love jumping on you and taking rides on your shoulders. Fell in love with one of them and also their (I think) oldest resident, Tony!

    So cute!

My 2 and 3 year old girls absolutely loved this place. We came right when it opened at 11am to make sure that we're the only ones there. The cats were all very friendly, some a bit feisty but none too aggressive for my two girls. Just note that this place is more of a high end adoption center for the cats and not really a cat "cafe" per se. They don't serve anything. There are about 10 or so cats, 2 kittens, a few are the owners cats and a few were surrendered by the original owners due to relocation or age. $20 per person for an hour and free for kids under 5. An hour was plenty of time for our girls to enjoy some quality time with the cats. Who knew they loved cats that much... beats going to the petting zoo.

    cutie!

I love this cat cafe! Im so glad that this place opened. It's located on the second floor of a building complex. The entrance fee is $20 per person for a 45 minute session. Not bad at all considering that there are tons of cats that need to be taken care of in there. It was empty when I went on a Thursday afternoon. There are soo many adorable & cuddly cats, I wanted to take so many of them home! Overall, I had a great experience here. The worker was extremely friendly as well and would talk to us about the cats :) can't wait to return to visit these babies again!

I love cats and the cats here are super friendly and well taken care of! I offered to volunteer and the staff immediately sent me a form to fill out! i very much recommend coming here to meet all the cute kitties! make sure to create a reservation before though :)

If you love cats, I definitely recommend this place. I took my boyfriend here as a surprise for his birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Many of these cats are rescued and are nursed back to health for the potential of being adopted. While we have a misconception that rescue animals are known to be aggressive, these cats were nothing but sweet and playful. They don't even fight the guests, they just fight each other, which was very amusing to watch. I believe you get $25 for 30 minutes to an hour for entering. This is not a private event and is a walk in cafe.

Screenshot from May 26th, 2022 of their previous address and phone number (it's the same business)

The owner responded to my review saying they weren't open when I went to the cafe in 2022, which isn't true. Their business was open, but they were just at a different location (3650 grand ave suite j, chino hills ca 91709, on the second story next to an animal clinic) and have since moved to their current location next to the jack in the box and closed 99 cent store. They go by the same name and even still have the same phone number from when I went 909-354-2695. I unfortunately don't have any of my own pictures from the more poorly kept cats (the first one that comes to mind is a white Persian cat that looked like it had a severe and untreated eye infection and it laid in the corner looking miserable our entire time there) as it was 2 years ago, but my friend has dated pictures of when we went on May 26th, 2022.

Urine soaked cat I found limping and wheezing. Obviously has an eye condition.

This buisness (technically a rescue) has cats ranging from very young to seniors... the older cats are in need of dire care. The whole room smells of urine. This place makes me so sad. Several cats have wounds like they fight... maybe the concentration of cats is too high for the small space they are kept in? The picture I included of the white cat is to show what a donation goes to support. This isn't a cat that has been sick over the weekend, it think it has been Like this for months. This is a thriving business that has plenty of traffic. I don't know if anything the cats may have is contagious to my cats at home, but I definitely disinfected after being inside briefly.

Fudgeeee no. Ok so you're paying $20 for 40 minutes, not bad. The cats are very cute. I love cats. We adopted Lucy not too long ago. (Her name is now Mila.) (One of the 7 month old kittens.) it was $350. Which isn't bad because apparently it goes to the cat (the shots etc) TELL ME WHY... they don't have sh*t for Lucy?? No shots, nothing. They told us WE can call a local place and get her shots there. Literally this "Ryan" dude never got back to us. They stopped answering us. WHY?! Debating going down and just confronting them. Justice for my little one.

Or maybe I just needed the feeling of a living thing nearby again--the kind that looks at you like you exist in a way the rest of the world sometimes forgets to. I first met Tito, who was perfectly good and perfectly himself, but the chemistry just wasn't there. So I told Melissa, one of the shelter staff, something a little strange. I said, "Just pick a dog for me. Anyone. Don't tell me anything about him. Just bring him out." And she did. The dog she brought me was beautiful and bright-eyed and eager in the way that makes you think a dog already knows something about you before you've said a word. I warmed to him immediately. We spent a little time together outside the kennel, and it felt--quietly--like a small pocket of calm inside a very loud world. Then I asked his name. Elliott. Spelled the same way as my daughter's name: E-L-L-I-O-T-T. My daughter Elliott is named after my mother, whose last name is Elliott. Three Elliotts, suddenly converging in the middle of a shelter yard on an ordinary afternoon. The kind of coincidence that makes you pause for a second and feel the strange poetry that sometimes shows up in everyday life. But the part that stayed with me the most wasn't just the dog. It was Melissa. We talked--really talked--for a moment. The kind of conversation that isn't long but still somehow manages to feel human and grounding. She shared a little of her life, and I shared a little of mine. And there was something about her presence that made the entire experience feel gentler, more thoughtful, more real. The shelter requires that every member of the household meet a dog before adoption, so I went home excited to show my daughter Elliott the pictures. She studied them carefully and then said, very plainly, "No Mommy. That dog is too big for us." And in that simple honesty there was clarity. I realized that what I went looking for that day--a companion to fill a quiet space in my life--might not be the right step just yet. But something else happened instead. That afternoon left an imprint on me. Meeting Elliott the dog, and more importantly meeting Melissa, reminded me how much compassion and patience exist in the people who choose to work in places like that every day. So instead of adopting right now, I've decided to volunteer at the shelter and spend time with the dogs there--especially Elliott, if he'll have me. Those dogs need love. And the people who care for them deserve recognition. Melissa, in particular, left a mark on my heart that I won't soon forget. In a world that often feels rushed and transactional, she offered something simple and rare: kindness, presence, and a moment of real human connection. And sometimes that's exactly what you needed all along.

I found a dog I was interested in but was on a hold. I was told that once the dog is no longer on the hold, I could call and set up an appointment for a meet and greet. Well, my first time at this shelter was on Wednesday, the dog was no longer on the hold today (Saturday) so I made sure to call and make an appointment for a Meet and Greet. The lady told me she had times available same day and I was able to meet the dog a few hours after making the phone call. I came in, I was helped promptly. And I got to meet the dog. I asked the worker if I would be able to walk the dog. It was a little misty outside so she gave me a jacket to give the dog and the staff member was with me outside with the dog and she was so friendly. Once I was done, I let the staff member know I wanted to adopt and she let me sit with the dog a little longer while she got the paperwork ready for me. The fee was not bad at all because it included the adoption fee, vaccines, check up with vet, pet insurance for a month, neuter, and microchip! Once I completed all the paperwork, I was given all the forms in a nice little folder and a bunch of flyers and coupons. I was also given a goody bag and a variety of blankets to choose from.
