We never had to do anything, but she was also very courteous and prompt in answering all our questions through the complicated process. Kelly and her husband arranged a beautiful funeral at short notice only a week after my grandmas passing. She was always on standby on the phone and we are extremely satisfied with the package that we purchased. She dealt with all the paperwork which lowered our stress while preparing for the event and during the funeral she was standing around and coordinating the whole time, continually asking if there was anything else that needed to be done. My family would like to thank Kelly for coordinating the funeral for my Dad. She helped facilitate with the process of picking him up from the hospital very quickly. She was able to get his funeral within a week of his passing because my mom just want it to be done as soon as possible. She could not bear the stress. I'm not the type to ever ever ever leave a review, but the service provided by Kelly and her staff was absolutely amazing!!! When my mom passed away suddenly, my family had no idea where to even began with funeral arrangements, let alone planning a traditional Vietnamese Buddhist funeral. Kelly went above and beyond to help us through this difficult process. She called around to all of my mom's various doctors to get my mom's body released and to get the death certificate signed by my mom's family doctor since the hospital ER doctor refused to sign it (this was a huge obstacle preventing us from even having a funeral...very stressful!). She coordinated monk service. She provided flower arrangements, the coffin, and head marker at an amazing price compared to other places. She saved us a ton of money by providing money saving guidance on things we didn't need to spend on. Kelly and her staff were patient, compassionate, empathetic, and just genuinely decent folks who weren't trying to rip us off during this tough vulnerable process, especially during this terrible covid pandemic. The funeral went smoothly and as planned. Kelly and her staff was there the whole entire time for us. She even kept in touch after the funeral was over. In fact, on my mom's 100 day ceremony (this is a very important event), we couldn't get a hold of the monk that was going to perform the ceremony, so we reached out to Kelly for help and she was able to reach him for us. Its not often we need to plan a funeral. Sadly that day came and our family was in shambles. Trying to hold it together while at the same time time continues to move forward.
