When the tech got here, he said they "don't fix that" but he could replace it the doorknob. He was here for maybe a half hour total and installed a new $40 doorknob. I was charged $307 dollars. Apparently, I was charged $90 just for the guy to drive here and $175/hr (one our minimum). I found this to be absolutely outrageous, especially given the fact that I didn't have a problem until Ace re-keyed my locks. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest that you don't either. I called Ray from City Locksmith and expected to wait cause it's Sunday. However, he said he said he would be out in 30 minutes which I doubted it and I'm fact he arrived in 30 mins. He not only fixed it but also saw the paint on the whole side of the door was scraped. Ray the locksmith also found a nail at the side of the door that was blocking the closing of the door. With my permission, Ray also removed the nail and shaved the top of the door. Additionally, he noticed the latch plate on the side of the door that was sticking out and he fixed that by receding and now my door can also be closed with just 1 finger.
