Great service, super clean, fun place with brand new games and a huge bouncing space. Highly recommended for kids parties.

Today was our first time visiting this establishment. Took my daughter here for her 4th birthday. It was a hit. Money well spent.

When we arrived, there weren't many people there aside from a few younger kids, yet the facility felt disorganized. I didn't notice any active cleaning or organizing taking place, and the two employees at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the promotions being advertised. It made the check-in process confusing and gave the impression that staff were not well informed (also took away from the time kids could play/were standing around waiting). Later I did notice one employee "cleaning" with gloves on so I thought she was using chemicals or organizing but it was just mostly just dumping all the toys into the shopping cart. The promotion itself ended up being much less of a deal than it appeared online. Overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the cost. I had been considering this venue for a future birthday party for my children, but after seeing how things were run during this visit, I will likely look elsewhere. For the price being charged for these parties, I expected a cleaner, more organized, and better-managed experience. Compared to other local centers, the activities were limited/disorganized. Items were not in the proper places and made play a bit restricted. Nice concept and good deals but hard to compete against neighboring centers.

With so much to see and do, they are certain for find something fun to do while inside. Reasonably priced for one time or monthly visits, my kids enjoyed their time here bonding with their cousins who frequent this place. Slides, bounce area and more are all in one place. A place to exercise and play and for parents to not have to worry.I understand I signed a waiver, for equipment liability and fights from kid to kid. What I did not expect was to have an incident with the staff and my kid!. My kid (who is under the age of 10),came to me crying with a red ear, bright red. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

Birthday Party Review…read more This place is a hidden gem for a birthday party for a child between 4-8, maybe 9. So for the reviews about 12+ year olds, I think that is too old of an age for most activities. This place is by Kitchen wholesale places so you really would not know it existed. It is not far from Slingshots (aka old BJs Wholesale). When you enter it is just a front desk where you sign in and a party room to drop off your shoes and such. I was wondering WTF?!? Anyways, the staff pumps up the kids and gives each one a glow bracelet. The birthday kid gets a brightly colored tie dyed shirt. Then....they open the next door and BAM! You are entering a room of neon colored bounce houses, out of this world wallpaper lined walls from the ceiling to the floor, music (a little too loud) and a ton of things for the kids. They have soccer and basketball nets, they have a mini mini golf area (thus better for younger kids) and a ball shooting thing. These bounce houses for the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I don't think you can just walk in here like other places so you may need to call and find out the "free play". It was great because there were maybe 30 kids there, most with the party we were with. They have chairs for the parents to sit in which is also a perk. I know that they order in pizza for the parties, but we didn't stay long enough for that. Overall, super cool place off the beaten path.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
