Two months prior to our wedding, she went radio silent. Everything was pretty planned already (so I thought) so it didn't concern me. Friday evening (night before our wedding), I called her during our dinner to confirm everything for the next day since I hadn't heard from her. She informed me we would not have the driftwood arch we paid for, she would NOT be at our wedding but was sending someone highly qualified and she had not finalize any of the arrangements with for our food (which she was paid for dealing with our other vendors). Day of our wedding, we find out she wasn't at ours (as paid for and agreed upon) because she accepted an additional wedding the same day as ours around March (6 months after we booked and had her paid off at this time). The lady she sent was amazing, however, she was not completely informed on our details. Then the caterer and photographer had be pulled from the jobs we were paying them to do, to do the things we paid Dorann for. My husband and I wanted something very low key, simple and stressfree as possible. My husband was busy running around setting up tables and chairs (what we paid Dorann for again) and other things to the point that he wasn't even able to have any of the oysters and other food that we had catered prior to the ceremony since it was a late evening (sunset) ceremony. He wasn't even able to shower and get ready until the last minute. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of ethics, professionalism and character. I sent and email to Dorann after we got back from our honeymoon expressing everything, have yet to even receive an apology. HIGHLY recommend: Kim Stone Photographer and Beauty By Brink (Stephanie).
