I came in to ship a guitar case and already had a pre paid shipping label, all I needed was a box to ship. Trenton the cashier who rang me up, and first telling me it would be $5.10 to print the pre-paid packing label. After initially shocked by that outrageous sticker price, I shouldn't have been surprised to see the rest. Trenton told me the total for a cardboard box, bubble wrap and tape, was $62.99 and $25.00 for labor!! I kept asking if I could just buy the box, and Trenton insisted they had to pack it. $99.73 for them to print a single shipping label, and provide a cardboard box for shipping. On top of the insane price gouging, the employee was incredibly rude and condescending. I ended up just paying like an idiot and borderline confused by the whole experience. Note to anyone headed there, go elsewhere for materials you may need and set your expectations very low.

We live thousands of miles away and could think of no other way to send our remembrances home. The packing jobs were horrible. Little bubble wrap. No peanuts. No chance of surviving. Why do I say this? My UPS driver asked me to photograph the damaged box and the damaged contents. He had worked in a Brown Store prior and understood packing. He told me the package was oversized to create increased fee. Little to no wrapping. He helped me file a claim with UPS and within a day I was refunded 100% packing and shipping fees. The young staff at the Huntington Store were overwhelmed at the size of our shipments. They were clueless in service. My brothers had smashed chairs, vases, and frames. They will file with UPS as well for all costs back.

First delivery they tell me package on hold because of no such address. Then I am told to pick alternate address so I tell them to hold at hub. Then day later I get response package was delivered on porch at 10pm. There is no package there. So I call them n am told they will have driver pick up in receiver to correct address. And someone would contact me in 24 hours. 24 hours later still no package so call them again and told oh so sorry you must file a claim. The 2nd delivery I get notification stating issue with delivery. I contact UPS and am told there is no such address. I tell them to hold ot at hub and I will pick it up there. They tell me I will be notified of the package arrival at hub. 24 hours later 1048pm I get notification that package was delivered to home address n os on porch. There is no package on the porch. So I m on hold waiting to see what the resp9nse is .. twice with orders over 200.00 each I have had issues with theses folks. Still no resolution on First issue and I am fed up.
