They feature 2 oz meatballs from Scimecas, a whole has 4 making the sandwich over a pound and 51 grams of protein. It's about $14 for a whole but I got it as a weekly special at a mere $10. They also had $1 hot dogs so I got a few. My pups love hot dogs and these were no exception. I believe they're normally between $3-4 but they are boars head and all beef.
