She was so delightful, and I couldn't help but laugh when we both got excited about my sandwich choice. These folks really know their stuff. They treat their animals with care and expertise, and it shows. Having been to many fine dining spots, I can honestly say the quality of meat here at The Upper Cut KC surpasses them all. The owners and house manager described their revolving partnerships with local and international charities and we sampled a Guatemalan pour-over after an educational demonstration.
