Once on the beach she was such a pleasure to talk to just as a human being, and made taking pictures relaxing, she did such a great job with our two year old son (making him laugh) and me being pregnant (feeling comfortable in a see-thru flowy gown). She told me the pictures could take up to 2-3 weeks before we got them, and around week 4 I text her to make sure everything was okay, and the next day she sent us the pictures. I didn't want to to rush her because I did a lot of research on photographers and her aesthetic was so beautiful and worth waiting for, but was insanely relieved that all was good and gave us the pictures close to checking in. My only feedback to anyone working with Krystal is to give her the time she needs to do her job - it's worth every penny and minute! And when she delivered the pictures they were incredible. They turned out SO GOOD! I knew they'd be good but I still have no idea how she was able to capture some of the photos she did.
