This is the best cava I've been to by far, everything is so fresh & clean.

I was passing through and wanted something to eat, had noticed a bonus in the app, so I decided to order from Cava. I ordered online, headed over, and everything was executed well - food was ready when I arrived, everything I had asked for was in there (e.g., utensils, side pita), and the food quality was there as well. I didn't eat the pita right away but the next day - not the best choice, as it didn't taste as good the next day, but the bowl was just right. It's a quick service, fast-casual place, so pretty standard from that perspective. The inside was pretty clean, and I saw staff cleaning while I was in there, which I appreciate as well. Overall, a pretty good Cava location that executed well on the order I placed, so I've got nothing to complain about! read more

More like 3.5 stars. First time here, at 6:20 pm, the soda machine is out of regular cola, out of ice, two out of to the three napkin holders are out of napkins, barely any forks left either. I find it not well managed due to those issues. Of course, tables are dirty. We were also told no plush for the pita chip purchase, no meal combo, despite both are advised on the menu board. The food itself is pretty good though, and they should be for $20 dollar per person. I think I will come back, but maybe not frequently. read more

New location. Beautiful and very clean. Outdoor seating available on the side. Nice helpful servers. Very fast service. Appreciate that the servers switched gloves in between each guest; it's nice to see how serious they take cross contamination. Fresh food, clearly hasn't been sitting around for a long time. The pita chips were right out of the oil. The workers clearly have a great rapport with each other and their manager. It was great to see them interact and how positive the whole environment felt. read more

Located in King of Prussia just opposite to Wawa and closer to 202 junction and Gulph road, this opened recently and contains the Mediterranean flavor dishes on a assembly line style serving. Good options for Vegetarians too. Parking is shared and could be challenging during busy times. there are plenty of seating/tables and some outdoor seating too. You stand in the line to order, First you pick the Bowl or Pita bread or salad options etc, then choose the base like Brown rice, white rice then greens, and then move onto chicken or lamb or steak or Falafel for veggies. I went with the rice bowl with brown rice, then you can add grilled veggies options, pickles, varieties of Hummus, tzatziki and yogurt based, in which you can select up to to 3. Then select your sauce preference and then add Avocado for an upcharge. The staff is patient and friendly to assist with the order. The bowl is definitely filling and right priced. The location is well maintained. The place if definitely worth giving it a try. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Cabo location. I was told my order would be ready at 12:30 PM, but it wasn't ready until 12:50 PM. When I finally received my food, it was cold and missing an item (pickled onions). Because of the delay, I returned late from my lunch break and was late getting back to work. The service felt rushed, disorganized, and unprofessional. Definitely unsatisfactory. pick up my whole order wrong missing a brownie. It was supposed to be a gray stone. read more

Walked in & was greeted by many people it was nice. It was my first time so I almost was overwhelmed with the options but that didn't stop me. The guy making my bowl gave great suggestions and Mya I think was her name was super nice too with great suggestions. If based on food alone, I would give a good review. Food was delicious and location so convenient. Unfortunately the staff were rude. Visited for lunch on 1/3/26 and the two girls taking our orders seemed so annoyed we had questions. My friends had never been there and when my friend asked if she could get a pita, the girl said "you should have asked when you started." The person who made my food didn't speak to me once. He didn't know how to make my order, and kept using napkins to wipe his hands. Before he even started he stared at his hands to see if they were dirty and instead of just getting new gloves he used a napkin? If you have to debate and a customer is staring at you, get new gloves. He kept following the card and referring back to the card for my meal. Someone else rang me out while he was making my food and when he was done after using napkins to wipe my food (?) He didn't give me my food. Instead made me wait and the other person came back and pushed my food to me. I've been craving Cava for a while and this was my treat to myself. I don't even want to eat the $17 food I just paid for. The entire experience was off putting and honestly made me lose my appetite. Customer service is completely loss these days. read more

o my goshhhhh. I ordered a steak and feta pita on a lunch break from work and had a few adjustments made. Ethan at KOP location made it for me and he made the process so easy. He had a great attitude and made sure I got what I wanted. When I sat down to eat it I thought "this is huge I probably won't finish it," but it was so delicious I could not leave a single bite. I absolutely love Cava. The food is great. I wish I could say the same about this location in particular. All locations for chains like these are not created equal. A lot of workers at this location seem to have an attitude problem. Iv'e only had one pleas experience coming here which is unfortunate as I continue to choose to spend my money at this restaurant. There is one worker in particular who continues to have a sour attitude in the 5-9pm shift. Shes a young girl & gives each customer dirty looks for just ordering their meal. Keep it up and people will stop coming. I'd recommend to her to not work in customer service if she can't put her emotions away on the job. Very unprofessional. I have ordered food here many times and each time something was missing. This time they went to far. I picked up my ordered, the Steak and Harissa bowl, and went back to work to enjoy my lunch. The bowl had zero steak in it which is one of the main components of the meal plus this is one of the expensive bowls on the menu. I love the food when done right but its giving McDonalds service. For starters, I love how they greeted me with glee and compassion! My servers were isabella, Seth and Kiera. They all played a part in making my day just a bit brighter. Isabelle taught me about proper portioning while Seth let me know customers go crazy over topping and Kiera helped me out with her favorite sauce and drink. The music was a bit loud but cava has a mean playlist!! The dining area was super clean as they repeatedly cleaned and checked up on customers! I thank Tommie for the name checks and how stern he is when it comes to his job. he ran his shift with love and hes very quirkyand sweet once you get past the resting face.
