Stephanie, Anna and Fernando were straight up rockstars!!! As avid Honeygrow partakers this one in particular was one for the history books! Customer service and culinary engineering at its finest! The way Stephanie woman'd(very progressive reviewer here lol) up the front register and still juggled putting the finishing touches on our pasta bowls(got the new flavor:could use some tart or sweetness to cut the heat honestly) was like magic! Anna and Fernando were the magicians behind the scenes making it do what it does! My lady and I just celebrated our birthdays and were gifted a free honey bar item. When I pointed out that the wrong sauce had been added to my order--siracha instead of the spicy garlic as well as several items I had requested (and paid extra for) were not included, the girl looked me in the eye and told me it was made correctly & refused to fix the meal. Pretty sure it's related to earlier, she made a comment about 'cheap customers never tipping' ... we choose not to tip when I have put in the order, I am the one picking it up, and we are the ones clearing the table. Stopped into Honeygrow in Collegeville for lunch and it was great! The staff was so friendly and the service was great even though I was there during the lunch rush and it was busy. I got the CYO salad, focaccia bread, and strawberry guava lemonade. Everything was fresh and delicious. The food was not prepared very well. The noodles were undercooked and there wasn't much flavor. The steak was definitely of lesser quality as well. I picked out the broccoli and mushrooms and dumped the whole entire rest of the meal into my boyfriends bowl. As far as the atmosphere it is very loud. The staff seemed young and not courteous to diners when it came to conversation and how loud they actually were. I found it to be quite rude. It's cool that you can add what you want to your entree. Ultimately the food was fine - not awesome - but acceptably good. BUT - is it really any better than 5-6 of the Chinese Restaurants in the area if you ordered Lo Mein? No. Is it much more expensive? For sure. Over $30 for two quart sized Lo Mein meals is high. I picked butter chicken and shrimp. I didn't hate it. But when I'm in the mood for Lo Mein again near home I'll probably opt for a mom n pop Chinese spot and save $10. read more

I tried the spicy garlic and it was good. It wasn't as spicy at all. I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but if you really like spicy, this "spicy garlic" is not spicy whatsoever. The chicken are tender and their not dry, and the noodles and the overall flavor is decent. I paid extra for scallions and red onions, and honestly did not taste them at all. Checked out the website and thought this could work for me. Took a while to find it and after my second circle, caught it out of the corner of my eye. Found parking a brisk windy too long walk away. Entered to a bank of touch screens. It took me awhile to figure it out and not real comfortable entering so much personal data to place an order. Hey, it's the 21st century, let's get personal without even talking. Got my food after about five minutes. That gang in the kitchen were really flying. Very organized, taking care and knocking it out. Eye balled the bins. It all looked fresh and good. The touch screen had told me to go to the cashier but no one seemed to want my money until my food came. I wasn't ready to share my credit card. I've got to say this was pretty good. I would have made this for myself, but it would have taken so long to buy and prep the noodles, shrimp, mushrooms, green beans, edamame, cauliflower, spinach and onions. I'll be back for sure. As long as they maintain the quality. I might be showing my age, but I like personal interaction. The people who make my food are important. Also I can't tip until I'm done. I don't know when they opened but I'm happy they did because I would go to the KOP one but this one is closer. I usually order through the app for pickup. The only downside is the area doesn't have a lot of parking near by and I have to park far away or kinda be in the way in the street. It's a small location but it's clean and feels open. The staff always seem busy, working hard to get the orders out. The food is good, just a bit more oily/greasy than the KOP location, I don't know why. Stoped in to grab lunch today. It was extremely busy, but big fan of Honeygrow so figured it was worth the wait. I had added on a dessert to the wonder. Our order took quite sometime to prepare and in the meantime I watched a young woman prepare all the salad and desserts BAREHANDED while touching her face mouth and hair. Picking food out of people's bowls and tossing it or bare handed filling peoples bowls. I understand being busy, but there are minimum standards for cleanliness and unfortunately this did not cut it. For a first timer honeygrow was okay. My wife and I went. I order the spicy garlic noodles and she got the sesame noodles. Hers was really good, I enjoyed it. My spicy noodles were terrible. It first came out cold and the noodles were tough so I let them know and they offered to make me a new bowl. It came out again hot but the noodles were still tough. We also got the cheesecake yogurt which was pretty delicious. I probably would go again just for the sesame noddles. read more

First time trying Honeygrow and it was amazing. The food came out right away and was the best stir fry I will ever have! The workers came around and made sure everything was made right and taste great. I would also recommend the honey bar as that it was as good as the stir fry. Wow so disappointed. Have been to the K of P location and always very satisfied but this one isn't to that level. I ordered a predesigned stir fry and added a 2nd protein - my son designed his own with similar ingredients and his was 2xs the size of mine. Portions should reflect the cost and mine was really lacking plus it was cold. Multiple tables were dirty and 3 staff were on break eating but no one could bother to clean a table throughout our entire visit. Oh my goodness!! Just got done my daughters soccer game and needed a bite to eat, thought we'd try out this new restaurant. I was shocked by how clean this restaurant was and how put together it looked. Great nice, welcoming staff and quick and efficient service!! The food was incredible to say the least!! I got the garlic butter stir fry and my daughter got the noodles with tomato basil sauce and meatballs!! Both bowls were licked clean. This food tasted so fresh and I cannot stop talking about it! this was absolutely terrible. the only good thing that came out of it was the yogurt bowl and that would be the only reason i would ever be returning and even then i don't know. the service was ok, the cooks were super busy but i watched the general manager packaging and touching din in orders with her bare hands after touching dirty things. i understand you're busy but it takes two seconds to put gloves on. my noodles were also undercooked as well as my girlfriends rice. it just wasn't good in general. don't not recommend, prices are to high for the quality of food. read more
