Absolutely amazing burgers, gyros, and pastries. My kids love the burgers they shoveled all the snow and cleared all the cars once I promised them burgers from nova grill. And we live at least 10 miles away. More than just great flavor, texture, and presentation of the food but also great customer service. The pastries are almost dry particularly baklava and the one with the white powdered sugar. Also the boardwalk style fries are awesome. Thank you for being open during this challenging times.

Such a clean establishment!

We shared a steak and lamb Gyro in a spinach herb wrap. It arrived loaded with meat! Lettuce, tomato, onions, tzatziki sauce. This grill is easily accessible from 476 heading into the vicinity of Villanova. There are so many options from which to choice. For example, gyros in white bread, wheat, multigrain pita or tortilla wrap. Choose meat e.g. chicken, pork, steak, lamb, vegetarian, etc. Add cheese such as feta if you wish. Salad choices abound, too. Great variety of sides, desserts, and beverages. Wow!! Busy place, good service, quality food, large portions, reasonable price. Check out this little gem of a restaurant!

Still loving Nova Grill! My latest fave is the cheese quesdadillas - lots of yummy cheese, and grilled onion and tomatoes. They come with tzatziki sauce and some kind of salsa/tomatoes and onion mixture and a little bit of romaine. Soo good!!!

Special appetizer- goat cheese and feta with fig and pistachio. Super creamy and savory Israeli duo- hummus isn't traditional hummus. Crunchy chick peas and thick. Pepper dip is fresh and delicious. Rigatoni- clearly hand made. Very Al dente. Kalamata olive bitter flavor works well with the chicken. Very salty. Pasta special- squid ink pasta with crab meat and shrimp. Pasta is Al dente and super salty. Strong fishy flavor. Shrimp are not tender Meffalde was the best. Super creamy but not overwhelming. Very garlicky

It's such a good starter as it's not too heavy. My only critique is that it needs to come with more focaccia. I enjoyed it so much I'll be ordering it as a to-go lunch soon. My husband really enjoyed the calamari but I didn't. It's more like a soup which isn't what I was expecting. For my entree I had the special which was gnocchi with shrimp and crab meat in a tomato based sauce. Excellent! They didn't skimp on the crab meat, the gnocchi was perfectly cooked and the sauce was plentiful. Just so good! My husband had the Za'atar Chicken. He said it was good but didn't love it. I tasted it and agreed. It needed more of the lemon tahini and mint yogurt. Service is always good. The restaurant is nice and the tables aren't too close to each other but it can get loud in the dining room.

A Taste of Abruzzo in Bryn Mawr ?…read more Exit 13 isn't just a restaurant -- it's a warm, home-style escape straight into the heart of Abruzzo. The moment you walk in, the vibe hits you first: vibrant colors, rustic touches, and an ambiance that feels like stepping into someone's family dining room back in Italy. It's authentic, comforting, and alive with culture. The food? Unreal. Their **homemade bread** sets the tone -- rustic, fresh, and full of that old-world character. The **pizza** is on another level with dough that's so good it almost steals the show. Every pasta dish carries that handcrafted feel, the kind that tells you the recipe didn't come from a cookbook -- it came from memory. Appetizers are just as impressive, but the **grilled octopus** stands out as a true star. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and proof that Exit 13 puts heart into every dish. This is the kind of spot where the atmosphere and the food work together -- where the vibe feels like home and the flavors taste like heritage. Exit 13 doesn't just serve Italian cuisine. It brings Abruzzo to life. **A must-visit for anyone who loves real, soulful, authentic food.**

The service was very good: attentive and friendly. The ambiance is similar to Not Your Average Joe's in Ardmore with the upstairs/balcony seating and downstairs and big screen TV showing sports, but much noisier, especially as the upstairs also was filled with guests. By the time we left at 7:45pm after a 6:45pm reservation, it was loud enough that we had to fairly shout at each other to continue our conversation. The food was okay, except the salad which was excellent, but not worth returning for just the salad. - beet salad - 4.5/5, plentiful small diced red and yellow beets, avocado, arugula, a light dressing and burrato with crushed pistachios. a very solid starter salad and the server kindly split a large order into two small plates for us to share - fried calamari - 3/5, having just eaten at Estia last night which has a very good fried calamari, this one was not breaded as consistently and some of the pieces were a tad on the large side for a reasonable bite and too chewy to be cut with the fork or knife. - penne puttanesca - 3/5, my husband ordered this and while he not a self-proclaimed foodie, for him to say it was just okay means it was really just okay - linguine vongole - 3/5, points for the very plentiful offering of clams, i counted probably 20 generously sized clams (sometimes you get miniscule clams with this dish), but overall the sauce was too salty and there's not much you can do to fix that, and the linguine was a bit overcooked, definitely not even close to al dente We skipped dessert as by that point our ears were starting to ring with the high decibels coming from around us on the balcony and the floor below. It looked like a lot of people were having a good time so maybe it's just not for us.

When we first arrived at Lourdas on a Saturday night, we ended up waiting inside the restaurant behind a party of 4 for approximately 15 minutes. No one greeted or welcomed us or said they would be right with us. At this point, the noise level was high. Once we were finally seated (we were told the restaurant overbooked), between the party in back of us and the party of 8 also close by, it started to get comical and annoying. If we weren't with friends, I would have left. This is in no way a relaxing dinner spot. The place is small, and the noise level was unbearable. We could barely have a conversation. As far as the food, the prices on their website are inaccurate and much lower than their paper menu. This could be problematic as the restaurant is cash only. We started with the avgolemono egg-lemon soup which was hot and lemony but didn't have much substance or any pieces of chicken. As an entree, my husband had the lamb souvlaki. The portion size was small, and the rice was severely undercooked and crunchy. The rest of us all had the Shrimp Lourdas which was just okay. It could have used more feta cheese and seasoning as well as more shrimp. As far as dessert? We couldn't get out of there fast enough. The only thing we liked is that the restaurant is byob.
