Used to love this place but today they claim they no longer support or provide any form of military discounts. In the grand scheme of what the company makes in profits, you'd think they could at least maintain their military discount program. Don't get me wrong, the food here is great. There's nothing wrong with the food. The problem is the service: it's slow. Every time you go here it's packed. This is made worse by workers who seem to be working with not a care in the world. I'm not saying they should be working like a race car pit crew, but at least work with a pace. The workers here don't do that. From the girl who slowly warms and packages naan in the little baggies to the cashier, these people need to speed things up a bit. Things are worse when you order online. Even having a dedicated area to build out food orders, they're still somehow slow. Despite a shelf for online orders, orders are never actually placed on those shelves. What happens is this: you place an order online and it gives you a pickup time, a time that you assume or expect the order to be done by. You get there to pick it up only to find that your order nor any other is sitting on the pickup shelf and there's a small gathering of people surrounding an area near the register; every single one of these people is waiting for their online order and are trying to or have already got the attention of one of the workers to ask about it. It's all extremely annoying, especially if you're pressed for time. Like I said, the food here is great, the service just needs to be better. There's absolutely no reason that making the food Cava sells should take as long as it does. Especially for food that's not being mixed or anything; they're literally just building it out for you. read more

My first time at Cava, Lorena assisted me in building a bowl. Lorena was amazing and helped me build my bowl. She recommended this dip and pita chips. Chef's Kiss. She also advised how fresh Cava's ingredients were and also recommended I try the lemonade mixed with apple mint. Did not disappoint. I will be visiting again. read more

The service here was terrible. Workers did not look like they were properly trained. I payed $4 extra for braised lamb and it ran out but the worker basically just gave me the leftover juices of the lamb. Also was very skimpy with my toppings. Go to any other cava location other than Moreno Valley. read more

I want to start off by saying I love CAVA... EXCEPT for this location. Every time I come to this location I'm disappointed. Last time I had to wait an hour for my pick up all because I ordered steak. When I asked for my other bowl to be remade after it's been sitting there the girl with very thin eyebrows gave me nothing but attitude and skimpped my food. Today, I dealt with mediocore customer service and had a blonde/light colored HAIR in my food. I'm always nothing but nice when it comes to customer service because I have worked it I understand BUT this cava location sucks at customer service and I had a hair in my food because the girls prioritize their vanity over serving the customers. I'm very disappointed at the fact that this is the nearest cava to me. Please do better. read more

First time and the service was horrible , the girl serving us had a bad attitude and did not make this first time experience pleasant. To top it off, the rice was so hard and old and I could not enjoy my plate at all. Not returning . Do better. read more

We ordered Cava via Uber Eats on a recommendation. We ordered 2 chicken bowls totaling over $45, so excessive. We paid for the following and all were missing from the order: extra chicken, hummus, tzatziki, cucumbers. Pita chips were fried, burnt ends. Extreme oil taste. We have never tried Cava until last evening. I called the restaurant to receive our items and request a refund, no answer. I sent an email to their customer service, only to be told that Uber Eats would need to provide a refund. Uber Eats will only refund $10 of our $45 bill. No fault of theirs whatsoever. This company is run poorly, need to train their staff properly and provide better customer service. I am told when ordering in person it is a 20-30 minute wait. Ridiculous. Lesson learned. Will not be returning to any Cava location. read more

I've been waiting for this location to open and the day after I'm thrilled to come in and visit. I place my online order and they forgot my pita chips and drink I paid extra for. When I called to let them know they were unapologetic and used dismissive language. When I finally opened my bowl to start eating, I almost chipped my teeth and realized THEY BARELY boiled the lentils. I was essentially chewing on small rocks. I understand that they're crowded. Even if there was a mistake (or three) but the way they start off treating their customers and lack of quality control definitely does not represent CAVA's image well. read more

I came in to get lunch and the food tasted so fresh! We were greeted with great smiles and amazing service! There was one manager in particular that was so very kind and helpful with what items on the menu we should choose, his name was Landon.
