Their classic hummus has a different consistency than the typical hummus. More goopy? Hard to explain. With each bite I kept looking for that traditional taste that I never got. I have been wanting to go here for months and looking for an excuse to be near Edmond to try it out. Today was that day. Just so good. My biggest takeaway is just how long it has been since I have been to a fast casual type restaurant and someone genuinely asked how I enjoyed the food. Such a great customer experience. From walking us through the menu to the genuine engagement, I couldn't hand these folks my business faster. Mediterranean food is such a love of mine and this place delivers. Got a beef shawarma bowl with all the fixings and a side of spicy hummus and tabouli. Spicy hummus is a bit mild as I like hot-hot but they have a hot chili sauce you can get on everything or just on the side that brings all the heat you could want. The tabouli however is the freshest one I've had outside my own kitchen.... I could go on forever about all of it... but bottom line, you are robbing yourself if you go and haven't had the baklava. I think it's way above Cava, but wife disagrees (mostly because she loves the speciality lemonades) but end of the day, I'd much rather support local family businesses so my only complaint is they don't have a location closer to my home. My husband and daughter ordered takeout for dinner. My daughter specified gluten free and no pita. When we got home there was a stack of pita in the box touching her entire meal. They have decent amount of seats inside with movable 4 tops if you have a larger group, call ahead. Menu is extensive. Chicken, beef, lamb and falafel in wraps, rice, or gyro which here means the thicker pita but served open faced. While you order at counter, the staff brings the food out (you still bus the table), and are generally nice. We had dessert on our order they held it back although i wish they had told me upfront. They brought it out after our meal was done The food itself was not to mine and the fam's taste. I wish it had more spices and heat in general. The garlic side sauce could definitely use more of a garlic kick. That said it was fresh and high quality and the place was busy so they get it right for their regular customers. I will say the Nutella cheese cake needs to be served less cold and be a more generous portion given the price. Other than that complaint, this place is just fine. read more

Well, it's probably past time for me to write this update. I'm SO happy to say that I finally returned (for a 2nd and 3rd visit) more than a year after my initial visit that didn't go so well and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing! No more deafening music. The restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. Customer service is phenomenal! We were greeted upon arrival. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly. Even when they delivered our food to the table, it was done in a very professional and kind manner. You can tell they take pride in doing a great job. This is now one of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants to frequent. I just wish I lived closer to it. Let's see, I love the Classic and Lebanese Chicken Shawarmas! I'm not a super fan of their tahini sauce, but it doesn't overwhelm the wrap or anything, so I just roll with it. The fries are great, nice and crispy. The garlic sauce is also really good. I usually buy extra to dip my fries in as well. The Classic and Spicy Hummuses are yummy. Oh and the Nutella Chocolate Shawarma is pretty darn good too. It's a nice sweet treat to share after having a more savory meal. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma meal (includes the wrap and 2 sides...I got fries and hummus) and my fiancé ordered the Classic Beef meal with the spicy hummus and tabouli salad. The food was very start and the menu was well-thought out. I have a family on Monday-beef eaters, however the options left us pleasantly fulfilled. The service was good as they helped us in determine what items would be best for us. They checked up on us a couple times and helped in clearing the table.
