The food is excellent, however, this is the second time not receiving my pita bread after raising my concern with the lady at the front she tried to rectify by giving me two. Mediterranean food with a chipotle type atmosphere in the restaurant. You go down a line an select your bases and then toppings like making a salad or burrito at said restaurant. However the food portions and flavor is mind blowing. I got the spicy chicken avocado pita wrap and it was like a chipotle sized burrito folded in a wrap omg. But the flavor and how they make all the individual ingredients come together at this place will blow your taste buds off. Sooooooo freaking good, this fat guy is stuffed now. The one in classen curve doesn't have a Yelp yet, but CAVA is awesome. We have had to refrain from getting it multiple times in the past week. For starters they have excellent vegetarian options and the staff was extremely helpful (albeit stressed because it is nonstop busy in there). I have gotten a bowl and a pita wrap, both hit the spot! I was so excited when I saw that this location was opened. I came in for lunch today- I was going to place an order online but then just decided to go in. It was about 1:30 and it was a bit busy but I think I was only in line for about 15 min? I ordered a create your own bowl with the saffron basmati- which is incredibly flavorful and delicious, then I got the red pepper hummus- also incredibly flavorful- and the tazaki sauce- I do wish they would scoop a bit more of it to your bowl but it was still good- I guess you could just get 3 scoops of 1 and it would be more than enough. I did half roasted veggies and half of the white sweet potatoes- both were so good but again I just wish there was more of them. Now I will say you could definitely load up on some of the toppings! The only thing I noticed that cost is xtra was the avocado but it looked like you got half one. I had the roasted corn, cabbage slaw, tomato's and onions and kalamata olives- I also ordered the Greek vinaigrette on the side- and I didn't really use it but it did taste good. I also got the blueberry lavender lemonade- it was so good! Not overly sweet (I personally didn't taste any sweetness) but the blueberry and lemonade you could 100% taste and it was the perfect combination. Overall I think there are a ton of choices and you can customize your bowl however you like but they also have a few choices of of chef created bowls. I'm so excited that a place like this is in OKC. Fresh and delicious! You leave here feeling healthier than when you walked in. Chipotle style build your own bowls. I got the falafels and they were amazing. I got to visit the new Cava for their "Community Day." First of all, I was impressed they were taking donations for the Oklahoma Food Bank instead of charging for food during their training. Yay for supporting our local non-profits! The menu was a bit confusing, at first. They have a few suggested menu items, but it is basically build your own salads, pitas and bowls. Everything looked fresh and they had the traditional Mediterranean options. I got the spicy lamb pita. The flavor combos of hummus, pickles, and lamb were great! They still have some issues to work out with their team and process, but everyone was friendly, and the place was clean. I look forward to visiting again soon! read more

I love CAVA, but our recent trip here left me a little disappointed. While our food was good, the restaurant was a mess. There was trash on tables and the floor, and the silverware was dirty. We ended up using plastic forks. The staff was nice and though the line was long, we didn't have to wait too long. I just wish the environment was a bit more put together. read more

The first time I came here I had no idea what to order so I figured I just order their chicken bowl that they had. Was shot down said they didn't have something that was part of the bowl so I decided to order the other bowl and there are out of the right rice because I definitely don't want the wrong rice. So I told the I didn't need anything embarrassed the fiancé so we both left. We did come back maybe two days later. I got the chicken salad and loved it and came back days later and made my own bowl and loved it also. Now I'm a fan of the place but they do seem to run out of ingredients often. Really excited to try this place out, as I have relatives on the east coast that rave about it. We visited on opening day and I was impressed with the quickness of service and the wonderful person who walked us through the line explaining the process and menu items. The bowl I had was very tasty- I really enjoyed the hummus, tahini Caesar dressing, and garlic sauce. The crazy feta was not my thing (had a pickle flavor that I wasn't expecting). Overall really happy to have a new fast casual healthier option near by and will be back soon! read more

I was so excited for this new place! I stood in line for too long in my opinion (but I know they just opened so I gave them grace). Portions were way to small, barely any greens or grains in my bowl, the scoop for protein wasn't even full, so I tried to get as many toppings as I could to make up for the lack of everything else. Portions are nothing like what you see in the ads or posts from other locations. But I do have to say it tasted so good! I won't be back for awhile so they can get a swing of things and staff can figure out not to gyp people on portions. read more

use to love this location but THEY DONT WEAR HAIR NETS!!! Pulled a long ass black strain of hair out of my mouth after taking a bite of my food. When I went up there to get a refund nobody had hair nets on nor care about wearing hair nets! When asked the worker if it's mandatory to wear a net he said yeah but he wasn't sure if anybody wears them. I'm livid, extremely disgusted. read more

Before I tried CAVA, I saw some pictures and thought, "oh it's like a Mediterranean Chipotle". Looking back, that phrase feels simultaneously disrespectful to CAVA and endearing towards Chipotle because CAVA is what Chipotle wishes it could be - a Build-Your-Own restaurant that serves fresh, delicious, and unique dishes with none of the salmonella or pretense of acting like they're the first restaurant to use real chicken in their burritos or something (I got food poisoning from those dudes and I'm still salty about it, sorry) Service was friendly enough, if a little slower than I expected. I didn't mind too much because, as it's a new place, people had questions about the food and I think the employees were still figuring things out. I'd recommend just about anything from their lineup but some of the more memorable elements of my bowl were the harissa, roasted eggplant, hummus, lentil tabbouleh, and garlic sauce. Pricing is a little expensive compared to other BYO places, but I think there's enough food in each bowl to turn into two meals if you're wanting to stretch your money a bit. Easy recommendation overall. read more

The food is good, however the staff is unfriendly and rude, especially the white blonde male.
