My bride and I prepare Mediterranean at least three times per week. several friends had mentioned Cava to us. On a trip south, we came across a Cava Restaurant in Seminole. The friends were right, we had been missing out. As self-diagnosed foodies, we were blown away by the menu... after throuruoghly examining the menu (sorry we took so long) , we settled on Salmon &Yogurt Dill for me and Falafel Crunch for her. We usually temper our expectations at a new venue, but the quality of ingredients, masterful prep and friendly presentation made us fans of Cava. As an aside, maybe we watch too many foodie shows on TV, but one thing we have picked is that the best restaurants are powered by the staff and management. I'm a big fan of this place. They have lots of veggie options and solid protein choices. They also have lots of fun drinks. If you do decide to get a drink. Service is always nice and the staff are very accommodating with all of my questions. I came here one time to work for a while and there were plenty of outlets and seats. Not too noisy aside from the occasional blender Also, the Wi-Fi was fast. I like how food is not too expensive but is also a healthy option if you need it. read more

I wanted a simple way to celebrate my birthday weekend and craved a nutritious meal that wouldn't break the bank. CAVA fulfilled all those wishes! The build a bowl was around $11ish dollars and you have an assortment of starches, proteins, toppings, sauces, and greens to choose from. I loved their lemonade and agua Fresca options..the blueberry lemonade drink was my choice for the night! Staff was patient and friendly for our large order of 4 bowls and a wrap to-go. I've been coming here non stop since I first came about 2-3 months ago and the quality is always amazing. I haven't been back since my last time though because I was very turned off by the service. I was in line and had asked if I could have a second portion of rice? The employee told me " that will be an extra charge?" I said " that's totally fine with me" they then proceed to say " well cava has everything portioned out so you get the right amount of calories for a meal so I can give you an extra shake but I can't give you more" so you're telling me I can't pay for extra rice? Food is 10/10 service is 0/10 I've ordered dine in twice and the ladies were so rude and just hate their jobs and I also noticed same thing when I ordered pick up. The food is phenomenal but you better know what you want and what you're doing before you walk in there because they will be rude to you if you ask any questions. Stopped in for lunch during the work week at around 11:30am on a Tuesday. It was my first time in and I have been dying to try this place for a few months now. It's taken me a while to make it out but I asked a friend how he made his bowl to get an idea and avoid being a deer in the headlights on my first visit. They have a made to order system, think Mediterranean Chipotle. I lucked out and was the only customer in the store so I didn't feel pressured to rush and move the line along. I asked so many questions and was pleased to see all the options. A little bummed that there weren't any super greens for the day, especially since it was still early, but more to look forward to next time. I made it work and asked for pita chips on the side. The bowl was delicious and I'm so happy my friend sent over his recommendations since we have similar taste. No complaints on the flavors and I can see the hype. The price is very comparable to other made to order establishments like Fresh Kitchen and Chipotle so I wasn't surprised. Overall a successful first visit but was surprised to learn they no longer make their wi-fi available to customers. I would love for this location to be successful but there are some issues that need to be worked out. Food: More misses than hits. Often overly sauced or ingredients are watery which just results in a wet bowl. I think you would need to always order in person to remedy this. Meat is alright with some fatty bits here and there. I do enjoy the dips and the variety of sauces. Service: Mostly friendly but they often miss a lot especially with online orders. Every online order I've placed has been missing something. I really wanted to like this place. They were very friendly and had good service. Very good options. My problem was the seasoning in the food. Didn't seem to match up and complement each other. It was good, but it was too much for my digestive tract. I got a few different things in my bowl. I'm used to spicy food like hot spicy not Different kinds of herbs and stuff like that. I got mine to go. I didn't dine in. It is just a regular interior nothing fancy. As per my advice would be don't go crazy on your first trip there that new chicken they have was very tasty, but some of the stuff was just crazy. read more

One of the only and the best healthy food option near us! Food is always fresh and consistent. We call it our "Cava Clense" and come every week. Their rewards program actually gets you free stuff! The slowest service l've ever experienced at a Cava location. Waited 40 minutes in line and our food got cold. Also, they're supposed to give you complimentary pita bread with each bowl and they don't, unless you ask for it. Horrible customer service! My fiancé and I walked in 20 minutes to close and were not treated with hospitality. We were the only people in there. They did not speak to us or let us know they will need a minute with what they were doing. So we stood there for about 4 minutes and I had to ask "is anyone going to take care of us?" One girl facing away from us mumbled as if she were under the influence of drugs. The other 2 employees chose to ignore my question. Then they proceeded to tell us that they were out of all the crucial elements to make any bowl. Absolutely sad how lazy the workers were. They acted like they just woke up trying to avoid any sort of work and decided to close early.
