Tips welcome?! All extra sauces .54 after taxes?? Such class!!!!
    William L.

My dear bride loves chicken gizzards and she mentioned she had the craves. So guess where I am six miles out of my way to get her an order??? Also, it is national gyro day, so why not get one of those too??? I tried ordering online but their crappy system said it wouldn't play nice with my damn iPhone. So I just ordered the old fashioned way! Since most of their stuff is made to order and there were two cars in front of me...sigh! The one directly in front of me had to wait at some parking spot. They had me stay at the window. Nonetheless I still sat there for nearly 8 minutes after I paid up. Window personnel weren't too bad. Neither friendly but not curt either. When the food finally came out, a fork, some napkins, two hot sauce packets and 4 ketchup packets were included...ok Gizzards here not anywhere near as well prepared or flavorful as at their Hillsborough location. They're a bit undercooked and as a result not as flavorful. Half a pound of gizzards is enough for two easily. We still ate them however; still passable. Gyro wasn't too bad either. For $9 I'd certainly expect better however. Meat was fairly plentiful and well cooked. Amount of tomato was minimal and tzatziki a bit underwhelming in flavor; piita bread soft and fluffy. All in all, there's no way in Hades I'd drive six miles out of my way to eat here. None whatsoever!! If, however, I found myself in that area around lunch hour...maybe I'd stop in if I had a hankering for cheapish Mediterranean food. Maybe. But then again, maybe not. BTW: the gizzards didn't satisfy the Queen Bee's craving. Sigh....

Not really much I can say about this place. Was a quick choice for lunch as I was short on time. I ordered the Z burger and onion rings with a drink. Total cost $20.00! Honestly it wasn't worth $20.00. The onion rings were okay and the burger was okay. Definitely stick to their Mediterranean options if you go because that is better ie: their gyro is delicious. This place is just underwhelming.

Excellent gyro! Large portion for the meal. Called ahead and placed an order for pickup. Took about 20 mins to pick up and when I arrived the food was ready to go. Ordering was simple and easy. Replaced the side of fries and upgraded to onion rings. Beware on the onion rings as they were super greasy, but they were very crunchy and tasted good. They included an extra green sauce which not sure what it was but it was delicious! Overall for price it was a little more than I wanted to spend total of $29 for 2 gyros with onion ring sides.

Love Zeko's! The shwarma is delicious and surprisingly, the chop-chop on top of the beans and rice is my favorite!

The foods over price and really sucks. The steak kebabs are like chewing on my boot. The Greek salad is terrible.

This is one of the closest things to that around here. Friendly staff. You can tell the owner is on the grill (older gentleman). The prices are very reasonable compared to other places nowadays in 2026. Highlights- The Zaytoon Burger is a kefta style burger that comes with feta and it is fantastic. Will be returning for it again. Fries are the way I like them personally. Obviously cut in house and just fried. The green house-made hot sauce is amazing. It's what reminds me of the shops in the DC area. Sometimes called chutney, it's a cilantro/jalapeño sauce with maybe a little yogurt as the base. The falafel was great. Fried perfectly crispy on outside and soft on the inside. It reminds me of the kind we make ourselves. Heavily seasoned. Baklava- We got a "half order" which he described as one piece. I eat baklava a lot and the piece that came out was about 3 times larger than what I was expecting. It was as good as it gets. Simple walnut baklava with a great honey sauce that was crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle perfect. A+ so glad to have them in the town! Apparently they have been around a while but we are new here so happy to find this gem.

New favorite spot ALERT…read more This is not a drill, I repeat, this is not a drill. Do not sleep on this little hidden gem on 5th! Before I say anything I have to say this was the best falafel I've had in my life!!!! And I'm so upset I took pictures of nothing because I was just blissfully stuffing my face the entire time. We had: sampler appetizer with 3 dips, pita, falafel and a rice salad. Tacos. Steak kabob gyro. And falafel platter with side chicken kabob. Chocolate pistachio cheesecake. Crème brûlée. The total was under $125 and that feels like a great deal for allll that food! Everyone brought home leftovers. Every single thing was delicious!!! It's also a byob spot which I love. So feel free to bring your own bottle of wine! The staff is wonderful! So sweet. The restaurant is also super cozy and intimate. Reservation recommended in case, but could easily get an outdoor spot or walk in and place a to go order! I cannot wait to try their brunch!!! I pinky promise I'll take pictures then.

Unfortunately, the portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price, especially the chicken dish. We arrived at 5:45 p.m. for our 6:00 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly, which was appreciated. However, we waited about 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. While our waitress wasn't particularly attentive, she did apologize for the delay in getting our food. The restaurant itself is cute, specially outside seating. One suggestion is that the tables are larger for two people. The table next to us requested another table to be moved over to hold their food and drinks properly. The pita bread didn't arrive until later in the meal, and while it was a nice addition, it didn't make up for the small serving sizes and lack of anything to dip it into at that point. I truly wanted to love this restaurant and leave a glowing review because the food itself was very good. Sadly, between the long wait, service issues, and portion sizes that didn't match the prices, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.
