Bakery Selections

Bakery has a great selection. Would like specials for meat and maybe a larger selection of produce.

Ordered on doordash. The food was packaged very well and bag sealed. I tried their turkey and provolone hero which was pretty good and very stuffed. It lasted me two meals. Also got their carrot cake which I wasn't a fan of. First off, I hate raisins and the cake itself tasted too dense and a bit dry. The frosting tasted like it had gelatin in it or something. I didn't like it at all. I also got their chicken salad which I saw great reviews on. That was really good. I liked that it was finely shredded and it was really flavorful. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work. I would definitely try a different dessert next time and would like to try more of their menu. It looks like they have a ton of prepped foods and different meats.

We were recommended this place for good heer and found that this place was much better than that. We went inside and it reminded me of the stores/markets in New Jersey. There was a deli, handmade sandwiches, small array of Italian pastries, good beer, etc. We will definitely be back to look at the different offerings.

So many fantastic hand crafted things from soups to cheeses to pasta stuffed meats I am so happy I found this place. First time I stopped in today and I just wanted to look around next thing you know I'm leaving with six chicken cutlets, a few arancini (very large ones), a sub, pastas sauces, everything! My wife is going to kill me, until she takes a bite and then she'll be happy.

I stoped in for lunch after finding this place on Yelp. It was nice inside and they have prepared food, a deli and a butcher. I ordered the prime sub and it was delicious. They have great house vinaigrette! I also picked up some Italian cookies while I was there. They have a good selection that's not easy to find in Orlando. I'll be back for sure and want to try some of their prepared food. Everyone was friendly when I was there so can't confirm some of their other reviews.

Descent selection, great wine choices. Customer service was atrocious and such a turn off. From the butcher, deli and cashier, all seemed like they would rather be anywhere but there

The check out counter

I went to pick up some chicken a sausage today and as always treated with total care. They trimmed my chicken for me and provided me with ice to keep my products cold while I had additional stops to make before I could get home. I love Cavallari's! I have been shopping there for years and recommend them to all my friends. 12/2/2025

A nice update: I came back in and the experience was amazing. Everyone in the meat department was very nice and helped me right away. I got another prime sandwich because they are just delicious! The experience was top tier this time. Please give this place a try and help support local businesses. The cashier at the check is very sweet and has always given me great customer service.

Incredibly disappointed in the TLB. I've been a fan for a long time, especially their dry aged…read moremeats, and am more than willing to pay for this type of product. Today, though, I noticed them selling Japanese Wagyu as: Sake Infused Dry Aged A9 Kobe Strip. This is a very scammy way of selling a product. First, meat is graded broadly on three scales - USDA (choice, prime), BMS (beef marbling scale - common in Aus), and the Japanese grading scale. (A1-A5, with most high end steaks being A4 or the gold standard, A5). https://meatnbone.com/blogs/the-clever-cleaver/meat-beef-grading-system-understanding A9 doesn't exist. A BMS 9 could be an A5. But this is mislabeled. They have also used the term A11 in their instagram account. Maybe they are confusing BMS for A-scale, or maybe they are intentionally trying to make their product seem better than competitors. Furthermore, not all Japanese Wagyu is Kobe beef. Kobe beef refers to Tajima cattle raised in Hyogo Japan. The export of this beef is highly regulated to only certain restaurants and purveyors, who will display a seal and certificate certifying the origin of the beef. It is rare, expensive, and most importantly, Bush Brothers (Local Butcher's wholesale purveyor) is not certified to sell, nor do they use in any way, the term Kobe Beef. So it is incredibly likely that this product is mislabeled. This isn't illegal (Kobe beef doesn't have a TM in the US), but it is disingenuous. https://www.kobe-niku.jp/en/contents/certification/index.html https://instagram.com/bushbros Next, "sake infused"is incredibly confusing. Is it referring to the myth that Kobe cattle are massaged with sake? Is it referred to the use of koji (fermented cooked rice) which is often used as an aging accelerant? Or did they really take Japanese Wagyu and infuse (inject, soak?) with sake? And why on earth would you do that!? It would be like making sangria with a bottle of DRC. This product is likely a A5 strip loin (which Bush Bros. does carry) that has been aged. Market price would be somewhere around $175-185/lb. (An unaged cut would be around $150/lb.) When I asked for more information on the most expensive cut of meat in their shop, I was treated with disdain and a dismissive attitude. Neither member of the staff could answer my questions other than to say "It's the highest grade of Kobe beef." To charge $215 dollars for a grade that doesn't exist, for a steak that isn't from Kobe, with an aging method that seems dubious at best, is disingenuous and plays on a lack of consumer knowledge. If The Local Butcher themselves don't know the differences here, they shouldn't sell this product. If they do, they should be ashamed of themselves.

If you're looking for meat in Winter Park, this is the place to go. They have a very wide selection…read moreof everything, including specialty cuts you may not find at your local grocery store. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I honestly assumed they were more of a prestige grocery store like Whole Foods but the prices were comparable, if not cheaper, than Publix or Sprouts. The store itself is really easy to navigate, which made the whole experience feel quick and stress-free. You're not wandering around trying to find things, everything just flows well. What really stood out was their meat and seafood options, which had assorted seasonings, looked fresh, and were well-displayed. I bought a nice cut of salmon for only $10. It's a boutiquey grocery store where you can grab high quality ingredients without the hassle or crowds like you find at Trader Joe's. I plan on shopping there more frequently, especially for their hot food deals.

I have never been to Wild Fork but I have heard about them and definitely wanted to check them out. We spoke with Jose who gave us an amazing background of Wild Fork. It was a great explanation. We decided we had to look around and ended up buying a bunch of stuff! Their Prices are pretty reasonable with one item we purchased (pork wrapped in bacon) for only $2.50. Some things were a little bit More expensive but still very reasonable prices. I definitely think this is going to be our place to go for proteins. I can't wait to try and make some bison chili, recommend by Jose! The store is laid out really well, it's organized, color coded and everything is labeled. It's also very clean inside. They do sell a lot of unique seasoning, we also picked up a blackening seasoning and a sweet basil and garlic as well as the Taco Seasoning and Chicago Chop. I am very thankful for coming in the store finally, since it has allowed us to find a new spot for grocery shopping! We will also be taking them up on their delivery!
