They gave me some steroids to help contain the growth and made me me an appointment to come back one week later I called the day before to make sure they received her blood work from her regular vet. They claim they didn't even have her on the schedule, but they would work her in. I get there for her procedure, they want me to sign something that tells me how much it's going to be. It's the same document I had before, except it was supposed to be half the price because I opted out of the bloodwork. My quote was originally $400 approximately, decreased down to $200 because of declining the bloodwork. However, they claim this was a mistake. And actually came back with a larger amount to pay. They were not going to honor the original quote that they gave me. The new quote was going to be anywhere from $370-$620. What a joke. I left. "Sorry" they say. That's the thing about saying sorry. Apparently these days it can get you out of anything.

The receptionists were nice and attentive and the doctor's assistant was great getting my pet ready for her annual exam. When the doctor came in she was also very nice and really wanted to know about the history of my pet. We had shots to do and another assistant came in just to try to calm my little one down (even though she didn't really need it) and massaged her head during the whole procedure. I had several questions about a potential medical concern with my pet and I was given excellent advice and she did some additional checks for me. I'll definitely be back if I continue to get this kind of service.

I had a cat pass away a couple years ago. Dr. Hughes, and Lisa the vet tech came out to my house to give him his euthanasia medicine. They were incredibly kind and compassionate. These are good people. I don't have a dog, but my experience with cats was wonderful.

I don't even know where to begin. After moving back to Olathe I was beyond stressed trying to find…read morethe perfect vet, but with a suggestion from a friend I found the wonderful people at Bradford Pet hospital. Took my Dog Basil to get a few shots for doggie day care. And from them moment I walked in you could feel the kindness. They were so sweet and treating my dog like one of their own. The vet got down and sat on the floor to examine her. I left that appointment so happy that we found this vet. The next day I brought my cat Carl in because he has had a skin issue on his stomach ( fur was gone, red and was in pain) The last six months at my previous vet they just had me spraying stuff on it. Within a few days of treatment at Bradford his hair started growing back. Such relief my poor cat was in so much pain and within 48 hours he was back to normal. Today I took Basil back to get a teeth cleaning. The vet explained every issue my sweet dog had going on with her teeth. And left feeling comfortable and we have a game plan for the future.
