Again, no big deal, we can pivot. Orders are in, app comes out, and waitress doesn't come back for over 40 mins. No checking in to see if we need more drinks (we did). No checking in to let us know how much longer on our food. Eventually, I got up and had to ask her how much longer on the food. She said upwards of 25 mins. We paid for the drinks and appetizer and left. This was undoubtedly, some of the worst customer service I've ever received.
