The soup upcharge for a side is absurd: $3 for a tiny cup of soup. Just order the bowl of soup and keep your chips. You will get 3x the soup for about a dollar more. We couldn't tell what was happening until we sampled his food; there were small chunks of undercooked garlic mixed into the pasta that we thought were cheese. Our waitress was spread so thin that it took ages to get it brought to her attention. The music came and went, the volume up and down. It added to the chaos. The reuben sandwich was a solid 2 out of 5. Dry, crumbling bread, dry corned beef, light on the cheese, and shy on the sauce. The meat filling was lopsided, so one half of the cut sandwich was not full, and the other was overflowing. Refills were a chore to get placed. We were not the only table to have these issues, a table of four was complaining loud enough that we heard it from about 15 feet away. We will see if they are still open next year and give it another try; they are so close to us that we hope it was bad luck.
