It's comforting in the way good pho should be. The fried dumplings are also worth ordering, with a generous portion and solid flavor. Service here is very good, especially considering how busy it can get during the weekend dinner rush. The staff stays attentive and efficient without making the experience feel rushed. There's no formal parking lot, but street parking nearby is plentiful and hasn't been an issue. If you're in Virginia and craving Vietnamese food that goes beyond the usual Midwest defaults, Saigon Cafe is absolutely worth supporting.
