Since I was a recent patient before with Airrosti I decided to give it a try. I was about 3 months post op when I first went to Dr. Yazmin Ruvalcaba. I had some relief, but I bruised and was really sore afterwards which is very expected since I was still recovering from my surgery. Dr. Ruvalcaba listened to all my concerns and focused on the areas I needed help with recovering. Alliston helped with my stretching and gave me exercises that helped with my strength and flexibility. Overall I went to 4-5 treatments. My ultimate goal was to get back to running and I'm happy to say I've completed two 5ks and a 5 miler since I "graduated" from treatment.
