Finalizing the plans was also efficient & easy. Our painter arrived on time, was effective at leading the girls, & even stayed a little extra for every girl to wrap up. The partygoers loved it--it was a welcome change from the usual party venues, & everybody got to take home their artwork. Communication from start to finish was *fantastic*. The others, like Pinot's Palette had an answering machine that said they would call me back if I called within business hours, which I did and guess what? No call back. So Sarah answered and explained everything. She took my questions without an attitude (they were kinda dumb questions). After that she asked if I could pay through her website, which I could not because I was in commute between job sites. So she processed everything on the website for me. Great customer service. After I made reservations, she tailored the experience for me and my wife, because we were her only two customers for the night. That just meant we could do a learning class, step-by-step, or paint a picture of choice. We chose the latter. Sarah, then told me if the menu she offered so I ordered 2 bottles of wine and a 7 cheese plate. Great food. The food comes from the Cellar wine bar across the street. She had it already displayed by the time we arrived. Sarah was very friendly, she had a great playlist and walked us through everything. This is someone who loves her work and it shows in how she treats her guest. At the end of the night, we had some descent pictures and a great date. When we checked during the camp, she was on the couch on cell phone. At the end my granddaughter spent a lot of time made a beautiful bracelet for Xmas, asked Marlow to tie it, she said she could not do it cuz of her long nails. I tried it not knowing what to do, all the beads came off all over the floor! My granddaughter was in disbelief and tears in her eyes. I felt very bad, but it was pick up time no time for her to make another one. For the 5 year old to leave with broken heart was not nice at all. The 7 year old tied his own bracelet but it all came apart in the car. For $99 per kid I paid almost $200, definitely was not cheap. Why can the teacher help the younger ones tying the bracelets? The beautiful long nails maybe more useful as a receptionist or secretary. I was more than disappointed!
