My Nautica Jacket of $90 has been ruined by CD One cleaner at Ogden Avenue. I have given the jacket in white color with some dirt (obviously, if there is no dirt, no way I might have been there). The Jacket has been turned into blue color due to some chemical they used to wash the jacket. This is for sure as I could see that there is similar issue happened with one more customer with Michael Kors Jacket and it also turned blue.(Check the Yelp site on review) Yikes!!! We look for professional cleaner when we need some specific clean up. But this place is not the one for sure. When I asked for the reimbursement of my jacket, owner is asking me to claim it from the store as they would give a letter mentioned it happened due to cloth lining. I checked with the store and nautica retail outlet. But both ignored and mentioned its not the case and they have shown the Yelp site which leads to similar issue in the past with the cleaner. Finally, I lost the jacket trusting CD one cleaner which really bad and I would not recommend this cleaner anymore. Actually I expect a polite response on the situation and provide my refund for the jacket. read more

We had been using this facility for years spending hundreds, if not thousands on drycleaning. I have to say that I never had a problem with my dress shirts or my pants, but everything that my wife had cleaned was either damaged or lost. This happened on several pricey items and when we complained there was no resolution. They told us they were not responsible and they would not reimburse us. Only take items you wouldn't mind never wearing again! My boyfriend recommended this cleaners where he's had no trouble for years. On my first visit with my new account, the cleaners put a hole in my $200 Thomas Pink shirt! While they were willing to settle (and I requested $150 since I had worn it once), they insisted on donating my shirt to charity!! Thankfully the hole is at the bottom of the shirt and to me is still worth more than $150! Shame on them for 1) putting a hole in my shirt and 2) writing the check and THEN saying they needed to take it from me to donate! Poor business practices and really terrible dry cleaning services! read more

So, this is what happens when you use a cleaners that is an assembly line. CD One Price Cleaners on West Ogden in Naperville ruined a suit jacket and won't fess up or even comp us the cleaning fee. We're out $349.00 for just the jacket. Bad business! Moral of the story, don't accept your cleaning without checking it over before you take it home and hang it in the closet!!!! read more

Price is unbeatable. Be sure to check clothes prior to leaving the store. I have had wrinkles ironed into my shirts a couple of times. Besides that clothes come out nice. Only other issue is that they don't take any credit cards.(Cash and personal check only) Thats just crazy and very inconvenient in this day and age. read more

I go here to get my clothes dry-cleaned and have never had an issue. Friendly and fast service with reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have always received excellent service at CD One Price Cleaners. They are always very professional and accommodating. They have same day service if in on time which is wonderful. They are polite and they work hard. Their prices are lower than most cleaners and they do great work. I have used them for years and I will continue to use them for years. They are worth it. They do discounts on uniforms for military and others. I have never experienced any problems with my dry cleaning. I would recommend CD One Price Cleaners read more

Appalling service. I went to this location for the first time and thought everything went fine. However, when I took out a pair of the pants they cleaned, there were stains that were not there when I took the pants in. I brought them back and they re-cleaned the pants but the stains would not come out. The manager would accept no responsibility and basically called me a liar, saying that "there's no way we could have stained these pants." They would do NOTHING about it. So now I have a ruined pair of pants (I'm out $60, plus the cleaning fee!). Please do not go here. They are horrible!!!!! read more

This location doesnt do a good job with mens dress shirts. i wear them once and once only, and the have them dry cleaned,lite starch. my wife works in lemont nd uses that CD ONE and the shirts come back clean, well hung and awesome finish quality. every time i take them to this location, the necklines are dirty, they probably use too much heat, cause it ruins the shirt, and what is really maddening, is that i took 2 brand new, never worn white dress shirts, and the neck line came back dingy?? What the hell? i suspect they cheap out on the chemicals, detergent, brushes, water treatment or something in their process, cause I can tell you that the CD One Price in Lemont returns white shirts that are clean, bright, well pressed and hung nicely--this location just heat smashes the collars and they usually dont even lay right, along the seam lines like they should---very nice people at the counter, but the output quality of work is crap---just picked up a huge load of shirts and slacks today--so disappointed cause this place is close to work, but dont have time or patience to return and get into a pissing contest about it--guess they got one over on me, and being in Naperville, they probably do enough volume to lose a percentage of customers weekly or monthly--if i could give negative stars i would, the quality is that bad, especially when compared to the other CD One Price locations read more

I have been inconvenienced 5 times at this location. The first 3 times they hung my sweaters and left hanger marks, and twice they had to steam the marks out. The fourth time they lost my pants and found them two weeks later, thank God. The fifth time, the last time I went there, they damaged my sweater and stretched it out of shape and lost the button. I'd only had the sweater 4 months. You get what you pay for. I filed a claim in March and as of today I don't have a check to replace the sweater. Winning customers with great service is a hallmark of good business, which makes it deserving of more. This location should just shut down and let the other Ogden location have its business. Went here for about a month. Over that month they failed on two different occasions to get two different shirts clean, after I had alerted them to stain, told them what it was and they tagged the shirt to prespot. Also on two occasions they did not get pants clean. There fast and cheap but what good does that do if I have to double check all garments and reclean many of them? I will not return. If I could I would give them minus stars. read more
