This place is awesome! I brought in a silk designer dress that I got a grease stain on. The first time around they spot treated it and couldn't get the stain out. So when i got back I was really upset (with myself) to hear my dress was ruined. The lady could tell I was sad and told me to give her two days and she would keep working on the dress. Since it was silk it could not be wet washed and since it had beading it could not be dry cleaned. I did have to sign a waiver, since it was an expensive dress and they were going to try some different methods, saying I wouldn't try to get reimbursed for the dress if something went wrong. They did all of this free of charge. I went back two days later and the dress was back to perfect condition! I had two great experiences with them. The zipper of one of the down jackets that we dry cleaned broke. They were responsive and very responsible. The sent the jacket to two different places to fix it, and they did a great job fixing it. Not only they fixed the zipper, they also dry cleaned the jacket again. Thank you !! A few years back I didn't realize that I was missing my jacket's hood. When I realized it a few months later, I called CD One Cleaner not expecting they still had my hood. Do not use this dry cleaners unless you want the manager telling you that you bought your expensive items that THEY ruined at goodwill or maybe you shouldn't take you items there since they are expensive . I just picked up my wedding dress here. Yep, I dropped it off for cleaning almost five months after the wedding. I don't know why I waited so long, but at least it's done. I was really nervous about dropping it off here a few days ago because I didn't want my beautiful bead & lace dress getting ruined somehow. When I picked it up, I was thrilled to see that the bottom of the dress was white and clean (I wore it outdoors and it was lined with dirt) and all the lace and beads seemed to be intact. I still have to inspect the dress more closely, but I'm really happy with it! I also had a coat cleaned here before and that turned out well too. I'm pleased with this place. Just a heads up: not everything is $2.49. I had to pay $25 to get my dress cleaned. I was really disappointed about this price, but I really needed to get the dress cleaned. I have no idea why, or how that compares to other dry-cleaning services. (I am secretly praying they didn't rip me off....) read more

I had high hopes for this place. I like the pricing model and they have a nice website. However, I won't be back. In the end, you get what you pay for. PROS: * Employees were very friendly and explained the concept/process to me in detail * Same day return for no additional charge or need to haggle for it * Free coffee. It said Starbucks but it looked like the free coffee in a muffler shop to me. CONS: * I wasn't asked what kind of starch I wanted in my shirts. Therefore, I got none. Not acceptable. * They don't take credit cards. Cash and check only. I understand this is probably due to cost of accepting the cards but you can't have a policy like this and expect anyone under 30 to come back. And having an ATM on site does not say "customer friendly" it says "extra source of revenue for you." Very bad. * Two of my shirts had melted sleeve buttons. Again, totally unacceptable and, to me, indicative of the processes you have to use to operate at rock bottom prices. I won't be back. I typically go to the CD one by my work but since this is close to home I thought it would be the same, was I wrong. These CD one are franchises so the prices are different by location. I thought I was going to get the 1.49 dry cleaning like I always do nope it's 2.79 here not the end of the world but for the outcome yes it does become a big deal. I picked up my clothes and started going through them and anything that was white turned yellow. Testing another Dry Cleaner. Ok so this place is cheap. I tested out a couple dress shirts and some black pants & black T-shirts. Everything came back clean as in laundred. The Negative: The dress shirts had creases on the front from being bunched together with other clothing. The black T's came back with other peoples pet hair and fuzz. My coat got burned during my first dry cleaner's experience. Another coat loss some color, but I will focus on the burned one in this review. There are three large burn spots on the front, side, and back of the coat. I only hand wash my coats, especially the one that got burned because that's my favorite one and I'm unsure about how safe a dry cleaning process is. I saw some really great reviews on here and thought I would give CD One Price Cleaners a try. I mean, what are the chances that they'd ruin my clothes on my first go? Unfortunately, I found this out after I got home. I really wish I had given the clothes a more thorough look over in the store, then I could have brought it up right there. They are only open until 7pm though and I was only able to pick up the clothes near closing time, so I thought to be respectful and looked over the clothes at home. I also trusted the store wouldn't burn their patrons' clothes, but alas... How does CD One Price Cleaners remedies issues that arise from their dry cleaning process, especially since this coat is unique? I recommend others to be more wary of dry cleaners, especially if bringing in costly or unique clothing. It might be better to wash it yourself or put trust in other professional services. read more

The dry cleaning is fine but their laundry service needs improvement. They do a fair job pressing shirts but they don't seem to use starch even if you ask. Always check to make sure your collar was pressed evenly before you leave. They'll fix it but it's a bother. Don't bring in wing collars or French cuffs; they really mess those up. Overall, ok dry cleaning and fair simple shirt laundry. read more

ive been coming to this dry cleaning place for three years, i think its about time i write a review. I have gone to many different dry cleaning locations, and i dont understand the point of paying double the price for garments for the exact same outcome!? CD ONE PRICE cleaners does a GREAT job of dry cleaning. Only think i wish they did were bedding sheets and what not. But thats OK. I am always greeted with a smile AND by name - which is a huge thing in my book. The effort is always 100%, and theyve never seemed to let me down and im still goign to them for 3 years. I usually don't put reviews up , but this time around I am very disappointed in the way I was treated here. I have been talking my clothes to this cleaners for years now and I only started having problems with recently when they changed management. The staff is great their manager is the problem , if you can even call her that. I took my expensive clothing precisely because they are dry cleaner clothing. I took a sweater in that was a xs and it came out being an xl with a hole on the sweater. I tried contacting her but her staff couldn't get a hold of her and neither could I. I came in to look for an answer and said that she needed the receipt of the clothing(who keeps receipts of every clothing that is purchased) she asked me for that and I said that I didn't have a receipt , she even said that I should give her my bank info so she could look for the purchase herself. She said that I should be taking my clothes elsewhere , and mentioned that I probably purchased my sweater from goodwill. My point is she offered me 100 dollars to basically leave her store out of the 680 dollars that I payed for the sweater. SHE DOES NOT HOLD HERSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ACTIONS THAT SHE DOES. read more

I always thought this location was good, especially since I could bring in my suit coats one day and have them the next. Well, I brought them in on a Saturday morning and was told to come back Monday after 5pm. Um what? Thinking it was a mistake I called the next day and asked if my clothes were done and the girl on the phone said "well what does your ticket say?" I replied that it said Monday by 5 but I had brought them early saturday. Her response sas "it says Monday by 5 it's monday by 5 good bye" and hung up. So I went to buy a NEW suit coat for work and when I went in Tuesday to pick up my items I had a teenager who didn't make eye contact with me and was scrolling through instagram as she grabbed my ticket and was just super rude and not once looked up from her phone. I will never give my service to a place that does not enforce treating your CUSTOMERS with respect. Never coming to this location again, would rather drive the extra mile for better service. read more

I have only been bringing a few items here since my last review nothing, as I previously stated with unique buttons. I did, however, bring a hoodie that not expensive (from old navy) but I liked it . I had taken it to CD one price before without a problem. It has now been faded from bright purple to eggplant. The girl on the phone was nice but the manager was not in. I think they fried it by turning up the heat too high. Weird, because as I said it's been there before, and I didn't have a problem. Even my buddy said she wouldn't wear it except to Mc Donald's. The worst dry cleaners I had a horrible experience with the owner today when I complained about a pair of slacks that I brought back because they had stains on them that were not there when i brought them in she literally started announcing to me in front of all the other customers that she was not responsible for those stains and she then stated announcing in front of all the customers was she responsible for the stains in the crotch of the pants from My period it was incredibly embarrassing for me while I'm 60 years old I don't get it a period she basically did not want to take responsibility and just wanted to embarrass me so that I would leave the store. This owner is horrible it's very sad because the staff is incredibly nice and I will miss seeing them on a weekly basis but I refuse to ever go back to that cleaners! read more

Been going here since they opened. The service and quality is top notch. Have I had a few issues in the past, sure, when you use a business once a week for several years issues can occur. But they will always redo the cleaning for free and will bend over backwards to make it right. There are very few businesses today that provide a personally touch and care about there customers. Ok, I dropped off my 3 shirts for laundering. Less than $4. Grabbed a free cup of cofffee. Good start to a day. Next day: Picked up my 3 shirts, 30 seconds + another great cup of coffee. Am I nuts or is this one awesome deal? I love this place. Parking within INCHES of the front door, free coffee, great prices. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the lady wasn't very talkative, but hey, with that kind of service...she must be too busy giving great service instead of lip service and that's fine with me! read more

The people there are what makes a difference. I have been a customer for years and the warm and friendly greeting I always get will ensure that I won't be going anywhere else. My husband, who is an amputee has taken on our "cleaners" duties lately since I got a second job and have been unable to go as often as I like. He came home talking about how nice everyone was and how they asked about "Valencia"...yes they know me and other customers by first name. He also stated how helpful and concerned they were...even getting the clothes out of the car for him and carrying our cleaned clothes to the car for him. They didn't want him to hurt himself especially being on crutches in the snow and ice....He says they always look out for him which makes going to the cleaners a pleasure and not a burden. Brought a bunch of shirts to get cleaned, some of them very dirty. Service was OK and most of the stains came out. I found one broken button but it was an older shirt so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. Overall average experience, if you need something done they could do it but there are better places out there. read more

the service here has gone downhill. i have had every homecoming and prom dress altered here no problem, but when i took my prom dress to get it altered this year not only did they forget to do part of the alteration BUT they also took a week to do it. now it's a day before prom and i still don't have my dress. it's a major inconvenience because after a week of it sitting there they didn't even think to alter the dress. and when i took it in, i told the lady who does the alterations that the strap also needed to be fixed along with it being taken in and when i said that she was very snarky. i just wanted to make sure it got done. and it didn't. i will never ever be going here again. the woman at the front is very nice though i have to say. the lady who does the alterations, not so much. you would be better off doing it yourself. read more

Do NOT go here. They are unprofessional. I brought in five pairs of pants and asked three times that they not be creased. I asked three times because I've been to other CD One Price Cleansers and they have always pinned a note to my pants indicating that they are not to be creased but the employee didn't do this. She swore that it wasn't what they did at her store and that the pants would be fine. She also tried to charge me $3.19 for one of the pairs of pants, which when I caught this and asked why they were charging more she said that she would change the price to $2.49. When I picked up my pants on Saturday they were all creased so I asked the employee (the same person who took my order) to please fix her mistake and she said that I would have to wait until Monday at 5:00 to pick them up if I wanted them fixed and then she walked away. I took my pants and walked out. I will never spend another dime here. There are other Cd One Price Cleaners that do great jobs but not this one. read more

They even asked for suggestions and, I was shocked when I found out that they had pain attention to my recommendations. terrible experience with having my Ralph Lauren comforter cleaned. the entire inside of the comforter clumped up and it's now ruined. the owner did nothing about it and said it's the manufacturer's fault.
