JAKE NEEDS PEOPLE TRAINING!!!…read more I would like to start with the type of energy I normally have been met with here mediocre at best and subpar customer service at this Petco location in CdA. Not enough to say yes they are an awesome team and store but not enough to remark and say it is horrible. Overall, without getting into all of the details I simply would like to mention that JAKE an employee of this establishment acquires re-training. He permeates an in-subordinate attitude and doesn't take any appreciation for working with his other team members. He was very obviously irritated that he was asked to service a customer (I guess he forgot that he was at work) and decided to exhibit his pugnacious mental state on me. I was kind and remained that way despite Jake smugly getting a kick out of being an arse. It wasn't until I decided to stop smiling and remained silent that he mumbled thanks and have a good day. It was a poor experience alas probably not enough for me to stop going there BUT I CERTAINLY WILL BE AVOIDING JAKE NOT FROM STATE FARM

When they did increase the prices they went up about $4 or so which hurt But most places doubled or more for the same amount of hay which wasn't near the quality this place sells. The 2 other large stores in town wanted up to $15 more for far less quality bales the same size. This place sells the small compressed alfalfa & Timothy. For at least the last 3 years they have had the Best hay for my very picky goats. They also carry a few various things & some higher quality items u can't find at the other stores. They often have some good deals so I usually shop the whole store. This year they had chicks. I had already picked mine up BUT I wish I would have waited. Their chicks looked much healthier, larger & stronger & they had a great selection of the best breeds. Hopefully they have them next year cuz I would buy from them. The prices were also great.

I instinctively created an improvised road block with my car to protect the dog (and me, as I rushed out to grab it) as I parked and ran out to scoop up the little dog. I brought the dog into my car and it was super sweet and had no identification. I just realized I signed up for quite a bit of responsibility. I now have to take care of this dog and try and find it's owner. I then went to the local pet store and got the dog a bed and some supplies. I began submitting information to local Petfinder sites and the humane society. I called the humane society the next morning and they told me no one has reported a dog matching my new friends description. However, a few hours later, they reached out to me and told me that the pooches potential owner reported it missing. They put me in contact with the owner and it did indeed sound like I found the owner. I met up with the owner and donated to him most of the supplies I had purchased. They were super grateful and told me a little about the dog and how grateful they were to be reunited. I'm very grateful the Kootenai Humane Society got back to me so quickly and was able to help me reunite that dog I found with its owner. So kudos to them for their prompt efficiency. Appreciate their help and attentiveness.

When we realized he was gone we posted it on social media. Unfortunately, rather than return the pet someone had taken it to this shelter where they made themselves completely unavailable for 3 days so we couldn't get it back. They are almost never available with no way to get hold of them most of the time. This works to their benefit as they charge you fees each day your pet is there. So they kidnap your pet and then extort you by charging exorbitant fees to get it back. We also had to drive home as it became obvious we wouldn't be able to contact them for days and we live hours from there. They took advantage of this and called me with all kinds of threats of more fees, euthenizing our dog etc.

The vet recommended that we instead buy an open top octagon play area instead. Upon receiving the crate, it was slightly flimsy for $800. Furthermore, there are about 5 or 6 different areas that are sharp on the inside of the crate, where the dog can accidentally cut herself. Luckily we bought the insurance protection to make returns easier (or so we were told). We started the return process (which has to be approved by impact. We then shipped it off in its original packaging to the day after receiving the shipping label with no damage. Impact received the crate within 5 days of shipping, however, their website never acknowledged that they received it, it simply said "pending". 3 weeks later, still pending. There is no phone number to call, they only communicate via email. I was told that they have 30 days to process the returns, and 10 business days after that to issue the refund. At now 40 days, the website still shows "pending", emails are a reiteration or "we still have more time", and the $23 I paid for a seamless return was clearly a hoax. I'm now having to go through my bank for a fraudulent charge/return policy. Save yourself the money and the headache.

We adore the two pups that we now have in our family and words cannot express the depth of appreciation we have for their kindness, generosity, and drive to help us succeed. They know their stuff. We have learned so much and appreciate their honest approach in "training us" to uphold the training our pups are receiving because training an animal is not like sending it off to school and hoping for the best, it's a team approach with the whole family involved. I have no doubts we'll have the best dogs (we already get so many compliments, and I'm convinced an entire store has now fallen in love with our pups from their daily walks).

Usually, I have a regular pet sitter but this time she was not available so since K9 Country Club had been under new management for a while and the reviews were wonderful I decided to give them a try. We dropped in to get a tour and immediately we received a personal tour of the entire facility. We were very impressed! They stayed a week and were very happy and bouncy when I picked them up. K9CC was very accommodating and follow all directions for food and meds. Everything had been clearly labeled by K9CC and I had also requested my babies have a bath before picking them up. Randy, their groomer is excellent! He was very sweet and loving with both my babies and they loved him right back. They looked fluffy and smelled great!
