I requested appointments for a Mani, Pedi, and wax for myself as well as a Mani and Pedi for another person. We arrived and we're quickly seen. Everything appeared clean and was professional. The front assistant was friendly and offered water and snacks. I was only given 2 nail color books to look through, although there were many more colors available. While I had requested a Mani, Pedi, and wax--all I actually got was a pedi for myself and another, with a child's nail polish. The nail techs spent the majority of the time speaking and whispering amongst themselves. My gel polish was sanded off with some having been missed. My gel polish was cured over some cuticles. Minimal time was spent on cuticle care. They do offer 30% off for military and 20% for military family, so that's a plus. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for several years. The guy I go to is great, but the prices keep going up, but the salon really needs to have a makeover. Pedicure chairs are old and there are so many nail salons that charge the higher prices, but are gorgeous inside. I don't mind paying higher prices when the salon is beautiful. However, I do mind paying the higher prices when the salon is run down. So, I wish they would either redo the building or bring down the prices based on the surroundings. read more

Went here for the first time and had such a great experience! I wish I had caught the name of the guy who did my nails--he was incredible. I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he nailed it. He worked quickly but with such precision--my French dip came out perfect. The shape and length were exactly what I had in mind. He was quiet but clearly very skilled and detail-oriented. My sister saw Jackie, and she was just as amazing! Super friendly, gave great advice on what would look best, and was so easy to talk to. It was refreshing to have someone so personable and talented. As a first time customer, I brought my husband in there with me as well to get pedicures. My husband had a lady who didn't speak any English and the owner. Julie worked on my toes. Both were attentive attention to detail, although I would've liked a little longer massage instead of feeling rushed out of there. The owners husband painted my nails as he traded up with his wife, which was no biggie. The spa chairs were large with the big screen to choose different options, but they were in dire need of being cleaned. I might come back at the cleaned up the place a little bit more. The spa is pretty and clean. The employees/nail techs are all very friendly, professional, and talented. However, the pricing is very concerning. I purchased two basic pedicures with gel nail polish. The basic pedicure cost $35 each, but the menu did not show the extra cost for gel nor did either of the nail techs explain the additional cost for gel. However, I figured there would be a small upcharge for gel polish. When I cashed out, the total came to $50 for one pedicure (no massage included) and $65 for the other pedicure (french tip and the other was a solid color- no designs or jewels- nothing fancy!) I left a tip and the total was $132! I definitely wasn't anticipating on spending that much money on basic pedicures. The toes came out pretty, but I feel a tab ripped off. We won't be returning. If you don't mind spending a few extra dollars for basic pedicures with gel polish, then this place is great! read more

Time management is not their strong point. Constantly taking appointments they can't and won't keep. They ask walk-ins to come back in 40 min but then start on others making them wait additional 30 min. Giving false expectations of how long the wait is. I made a 1:30 appointment I waited nearly 40min to be told I still had to wait. While I was here there was a woman who had been waiting longer than me who stormed out in frustration. I was able to make an appointment, easily by calling. They were taking the holiday off on Monday so I made a 2 o'clock appointment on a Tuesday afternoon. Upon arrival, same drill as usual, I said I had an appointment at 2 PM for a regular manicure. Choose a color/take a seat. I was sitting there for 15 minutes before anyone came over to me. I honestly almost left because I really didn't have much time to spare, hence the idea behind making an appointment. Finally, a man who appeared to be one of the owners came over and did a really quick manicure. It was very quick and brief. He was a very nice man who I had fun chatting with and also pushed me out of my comfort zone to get a brighter color than my regular, white. However, it seemed very rushed, the massage was maybe 10 seconds, Hand only, no arm. When I left, my nails looked great, but it all came off the next day. I wasn't too upset because really I just wanted them cut and filed and my cuticles pushed back. The prices are affordable, it's somewhat clean, I think I will try to find a different place for my next manicure. read more
