20 month old got his line up and cut. Keith did a great job. And child was calm the entire time.
Kimmie O.

My 3 boys were cut by Keith. They are 10,6 and 20 months & he got them all done in 1 hours time. My life schedule is hectic so it's important for me to make an appointment and for barber to honor that time. We walked in 1 minutes before our Appt and within the minute Keith was ready for them. All three boys look amazing (of course I'm their mom) and they did great with Keith. Even the 20 month old sat still the entire time. Which is sometimes hard but Keith had the magic touch. Place is a great size and the logistics of the shop is good for all ages. Not a whole bunch of cross taking from the barbers (which I like) and music not to loud where you can't hear yourself think. We'll be back in a few weeks.

This is right after I got the haircut. No gel? No trim on the top? He didn't style it at all. How do u know everything is even?

Words cannot express how mad I am right now.. my hair is eff'd up. I got Kieth as my barber and this was my first time here. He kept fist bumping other people that walked by while cutting my hair increasing my chances of covid exposure. he also non stopped yelled and talked to the other barber across the room having a long conversation disregarding that he's literally yelling in my ear. Now let's get to the actual haircut itself. I rate it a 1 out of 5 stars. I have a WIDE uneven hard part on my head looking like a bald spot. My ears and face are covered with hair and he didn't even offer to put gel in my hair while the other people who got their hair cut from other barbers had gel in theirs, I had to go home and put gel myself to see if everything looked good but it didn't. I looked like I just got out of bed and rolled around in hair. The line up on the sides are UNEVEN. All he did was cut the sides of my head even when I asked for a comb over. He didn't touch the top or offer to touch the top. I literally wanted to tell him to please stop yelling and focus on my hair but I didn't want any trouble so after he took my cape off I paid him $40, told him to keep the change and left. It's safe to say I will never come back to this place again.

There is a barber there named Leah that braids hair also and shes nice with it go check her out

Don't waste time walking in, you'll wait near an hour until someone decides they want to cut hair.

Way too expensive for what you're getting. Half assed fades and line ups. $30 later and I looked worse than when I came in

Booking, canceling, and changing appointments are so easy--all online. The barbers/stylists are quite the mix. Some are permanent fixtures, while others come and go like any business. I recently found a new barber here, HENRY. He is phenomenal. Although I am nearly bald, I get a h/c about every 2 weeks, and I don't mind paying full price, given Henry's superb attention to detail. He makes me feel like I've had a spa day makeover! While other guys just buzzed my head and used a trimmer on the back (stylists can't use a straight razor, I've learned), Henry is an experienced, pro barber. He attends to the littlest of hairs, examining every angle of my head. He attends to my ears, brow, skin (always moisturizes my scalp), and uses a razor to make the neckline stellar. He wraps it up with a light aftershave thing that leaves me feeling refreshed! It's the details that set apart a good haircut from a truly exceptional one. Plus, did I mention what a great guy he is? Having lived abroad, being from the Midwest, and being college-educated, he's a joy to talk to. Suggestions: The place could use a makeover. The once "cool" graphic (kind of wallpaper) flooding the wall is dated, and the bathroom needs a remodel. Nonetheless, JBG remains my go-to. Check it out!

If he weren't so popular, I'd get my haircut more frequently. The atmosphere in here is also really something. It's friendly and welcoming, with a bit of edge. Depression and a deep level of social anxiety had silenced the part of me that once took joy in the art of self-care and self-expression. Caring for my appearance felt too self indulgent, even pointless. Because of this, my hair has sat neglected, mullet-shaped, and directionless and quickly became a symbol of how disconnected I'd become from myself. I didn't know what I wanted when I sat in her chair because I hadn't felt allowed to want anything in a long time. But, Audrey met me there--with some compassion, a lot of patience, and a level of attentiveness I didn't know barbers actually gave without being a lifetime client. She asked about my history with my hair, how I've felt in it, when I've felt most like myself with it. She actually listened like it mattered. And somehow, from my fumbling socially awkward quiet answers, she miraculously shaped something that felt not just flattering, but also true to me. The cut was perfect, but it was more than that. It was the first moment in a long time where I felt seen and gently reintroduced to myself. Audrey didn't just restore my hair today, she helped restore a sense of agency I thought I'd lost. She's not just a barber. She's an artist, a guide, and for me, a quiet turning point. I'll be back--and if you're searching for more than a cut, you should go, too.

To me, that speaks to high quality service that she provides. I have short / medium length asian hair. I get a combover and high quality fade here. Aly has made several suggestions to my cut that I've adapted, which I really appreciate about her. In terms of vibe, it's a pretty standard set up. Bunch of seats. Doesn't lean into the upscale or modern aesthetic, but not that cookie cutter feel by any means. Very eclectic on the inside. Definitely appeals to early 90s kid and to no surprise given that the average barber seems to be in the 30s to early 40s. They always have a throwback movie or show playing, or baseball. This is a great spot for anyone looking. I rec'd Aly, but the general sense is that everyone is elite here.

Music was good, bathrooms were mostly clean and there were a few long tables for sitting. Bartenders were friendly from what I witnessed as well as other staff! This year, it did feel a little less decorated than in years past, and one side of the bar looked like it might've been without power. Maybe it was just a weird timing thing, who knows.
