I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled to share. Great nail salon great staff super accommodating and professional offering a wide range of services. I always have such a pleasant experience. I wanted to mention the new dazzle dry polish option. It's long wear quick easy dry. Mine lasts almost as long as a gel without all of the extra upkeep & no chipping for me. You can't even remove it at home if you needed which is so convenient. I'm so happy that they carry this polish and I now have this option. Be sure to ask about it you will not be sorry totally worth it! read more

This was my first time here. Communication was very poor. One nail was put on crooked..like really crooked. My coworkers are laughing. If I could add the picture you would be laughing too. I asked several times for her to fix it and she said my finger was crooked, not the nail. She pretended to file it as though she was fixing it but it did nothing. It needed to be taken off and redone but she apparently wasn't having it. She knew I left unhappy and did not seem to care. read more

I've been coming here once a month for years and have always been a loyal, consistent customer, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Today, I made two appointments--one for myself and one for my teenage daughter. Despite having an appointment, my daughter was completely disregarded by the owner. She waited over 20 minutes, and when a technician finally became available, the owner directed them to take a walk-in client who arrived after us. My appointment was on time but we made the appointments so we could get our nails done together. After nearly 50 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation, it became clear that appointments and customer loyalty mean very little here. The lack of respect, professionalism, and basic fairness is unacceptable. It's incredibly disappointing to see how poorly this was handled, especially by the owner. Integrity and customer satisfaction should come first in any business, and unfortunately, that was not the case today. My daughter left in tears and never got her nails done. I will never support this business again and highly suggest you think twice before going here. read more

Okay let me start off with saying the staff here is so nice and welcoming! From the minute you walk in the door to when your leaving they make sure your happy and satisfied with your services. Now let me say this, I'm picky with my pedicures and this place gives the BEST pedicure in the area. I came here recently prior to my bridal shower and all my nerves immediately went away once I sat in that pedicure chair. I felt so relaxed. The massage was literally amazing I could fall asleep. The place is clean & bright. Staff is friendly. You are taken right away for your appointment.. I go to Ari for my pedicures & I couldn't be any happier. The last couple of places I went never polished to the start of the mail & therefore after a couple of days they looked over 2 week old. I tried this salon and couldn't be more unhappy. I've had my nails done religiously for 30 years so I know what to expect from a salon... at my initial visit I did not receive what I asked for...I even showed pictures. The technician said "next time".... excuse me??? after being there close to closing time, I left and called the next day. Went back and she tried again. When I left, I saw the quality was really off and many of my nails began to lift and pop off.... haven't had that occur in many many years!!! I paid $127.00 for this service. I called back and went for the third attempt. Within 2 days the fans thing happened. Nails lifting and popping off. I had to go to another salon 2 days later and pay $85.00 to get the property service which lasted 3 weeks. I do not recommend this facility if you want professionalism. read more

I went to this salon once before for a gel pedicure and had a decent enough experience to try again. Well, should have looked at the reviews. I was getting gel mani and gel pedi done and was told when I sat down that it would be $35 and $35. Next thing I know, get up to the register, "oh my mistake that will be $90"... $90?! Not including the tip! No acrylic no tips on my nails nothing just my short regular nails. Not worth the money at all. Do not come here unless you want to pay an absurd amount of money for a mediocre manicure. read more

Don't waste your time unless you want nails to completely peel off 12 hours after your appointment and management staff who doesn't care. Not sure why I would want them redone here when they couldn't seem to actually do them correctly in the first place. New management old management doesn't matter. I moved recently and needed a new nail place near my home, I got a dip powder manicure, and it's the worst I've ever received. Between two people neither of them had a clue what they were doing and they used the regular gel UV light to dry them, and used no nail buffer to even them out the way it's supposed to be done. Well I went to Ceci with an appointment expecting some sort of Covid chaos. They were well organized clean. My dismay was in the subpar pedicure I received. For the cost of $30 I basically got a polish change. The guy who did my service was paying attention to everything but the job in front of him. Barely got my nails filed so after months of not being able to get a pedicure my feet still look like I did them myself not to mention that the massage to my feet felt like someone with spaghetti arms was doing it. So very disappointed there. Than I was to get an eyebrow wax. Well while they looked good when done the lady who did that was very abrupt when I told her I didn't want them too thin ( she basically told me to be quiet). Than came the assault... she applies the wax the cloth strip and instead of rubbing on the strip she was pounding on my head with fists. It was the most bizarre experience to say the least. I just came from California and am so glad to have found this place. My pedicure here was so relaxing, she actually took the time to massage my feet & legs! Not to mention they used a hot stone along w the massage. I also got my nail done and Young took care of me, I got a massage with that as well! Today I visited with my mother in law, and niece for her birthday. I entered into Ceci Nail Salon as a returning customer however I will not be returning in the future. When the owner approached us to pick a color, we did. She sat my niece who is 7 years old away from where my mother in law and myself would be sitting. WE basically had our backs to each other. While we were not far away - my niece who has special needs was not close enough so I asked the owner if it would be possible to sit closer to my niece. The owner huff & puffed and said NO!!!! And she stomped away and mumble something under her breath and I said I am sorry but you dont understand my niece may need special assistance and if she didnt see us - she may be afraid or uncomfortable - the owner said to me - I DONT CARE, ITS THE WEEKEND AND ITS TO BUSY..... I was shocked. Before I lost my temper I remembered who I was with - I was there to celebrate my niece's birthday and did not want to spoil it. The OWNER who spoke both Cantonese and English - began to speak Cantonese and I could tell that she was talking about me. So before she touched me I made sure to tell her in a very calm voice that what just occured was unexceptable and that she should behave - after all we were customers and wished to enjoy our experience. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. The sad thing about this is my nails looked great - my niece nails looked beautiful as well as my mother in laws. I am disgusted that I was spoke that way and honestly if the owner had said to me - "listen we are really busy - I promise you she will be ok" ... I would of trusted her and said I understand. BUT for her to go so up tight, huffy and puffy - and rude it just disgusted me. All the people who were there made sure to come by while our nails were drying to say how sorry they were to see me treated this way. But it didnt make me feel any better. read more

Got a pedicure. Just regular chair and foot bath set up (no massage chairs, no tvs, magazines etc). The massage was nice I guess. The actual polish job was not good. She didn't put enough polish on or should have added another layer. I can see my actual nail in spots, as the paint job is spotty. For $30 I expected better. read more

Pedicure: was nicely done and the technician was very thorough - HOWEVER the leg massage was so so. I read so many of the reviews here raving about the leg massage so I was interested to try it. Nothing special. It was more like a lengthy rubbing on of lotion. At the end the lotions and oils were washed off and removed with a hot towel, which was nice. read more

I went into this salon to get a gel nail manicure. Unfortunately the gel polish - if it was even gel polish - was of inferior quality and within 24 hours started to peel off of my nails. Additionally, the manicurist gave very little attention to trimming my cuticles. Finally, when she applied the polish, she did not make sure to cover the entire nail. My usual manicurist was unavailable on this particular day, and that is why I went into Cici nail salon, so I know what a good gel manicure looks and feels like. This was an extreme waste of my time and money, and I recommend that you find another place to go. read more

I said please let me check first to see what colors you have in nutrals... her co-worker came over took the nail samples from my hands and said: you can go , we are too busy... I said I need some time to check the colors before I remove the colors... She said please we have no time for that too busy.. I really like the salon the atmosphere is quiet it's extremely clean and they use great products . Like any other place if you walk in you have to wait I prefer to be told to come back I hate sitting there . I am a fussy client I always make an appointment before I go and have no problems . Two of the girls use hot rocks with the pedicure pedicure they are awesome and all you have to do is ask for one of them. I'm never going back. I used to love this place because they gave nice long feet massages, but not again after tonight. I showed up 45 minutes before they close. I asked if there was time for a pedicure and they said sure. They did a quick 15-20 minute pedicure. They were all standing around me with their coats on staring at me. When I left, there was still 15 minutes left before they "close". I haven't had one in a while and was really looking forward to it. I'm pregnant and was hoping to get some relaxation. AWFUL! I could not see my usual manicurist so I tried Ceci out (closer to my home). The pedicure staff did not speak english well, the owner did my fill. She started to use gel when i repeatedly told her i use acrylic. She recommended the gel instead so I took her advice. She took 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete a gel french fill in and it looks awful. I got my nails done yesterday and my thumb nail is already lifting! The french part is lumpy and my nails are not even smooth. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, she said she wasn't done and I would be happy. She continued to put my clear gel on top. It looks ridiculous. My pedicure was okay- hardly touched my toes at all but spent a lot of time massaging my leg which was nice. The owner's posted fill in price for gel is $35.00 and I was charged an extra $10.00 on both my fill and my pedicure. When I told her that I was unhappy that she didn't alert me to the extra cost, she said "you didn't ask". She then removed $5.00 from the total price. If the service and my nails were great- the extra cost would have been worth it. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Altogether, I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a fill in and a pedicure. I will not be returning and the service was horrible. I also feel that they were talking about me the entire time in Spanish which I do not speak. read more

Then ask my damn name.... It's appalling to be treated that way- and what I'm referring to is waiting in a chair for 45 minutes no running water to soak my feet while Laura and Betty whoever the hell gets to walk through the door for a touch up or a whatever.. I get the if it's quick get it in first, however it going to let 4-5 quick things add up while I'm still waiting then bark at me when I get up to leave. Who are you? Demanding me to stay? You want my money now? Forget your service- and all my friends and family will too. read more

Absolutely horrible. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I tell the woman which color I want for my manicure and she says "no I will give you a different color that will look better" I did not like the color she put on me so she switched to a different color of HER choice which I still did not like. She also did not do any of the things that come with a manicure besides filing and painting the nail. Not only that, half of some of my nails aren't even painted, and they are not even. Also, when she changed the polish she didn't even take off the first two coats of the one I didn't like, she just painted over it. Next, the pedicure. She told me she was going to put the same color on my toes and I said okay. She put on a completely different color so that's fantastic. She then put on the throw away sandals they give you and put me at the dryers. I sat down and she turned the dryer off so I don't know how she expected them to even dry. 10 minutes later she comes to me to see if they are dry and touches the polish with her fingers to see if it is dry and they get messed up and she says okay give me the sandals back and put on your socks and shoes. As she was saying this she was removing the sandals from my feet so I basically had no choice. Do not go here. Also they change prices on the spot and make you pay more than you actually should be paying. read more

Terrible experience. I went to Ceci's because I was in a pinch and it was close to home. First, for how much they charge for a pedicure the store itself is not appealing. It's dingy and dirty. Secondly, while I was Getting my pedicure a costumer came in because her nails had chipped ( they were done the day before) and the manager/owner made a huge scene. She was so rude to the women and it was embarrassing to watch. I can't imagine how that woman felt! To top it off the girl that did my pedi ended up hurting my toe and I now have an infection. I walked in and out in 2 minutes. The woman behind the front desk was incredibly rude and sharp. I asked her how much a pedicure cost and she barked out $30.00. She than pointed to a woman standing by one the pedicure chairs. I walked over to her and asked this woman if the $30.00 included having my heels smoothed. She informed me, in very broken English, the cost would be $35.00, all the while looking nervously at the rude woman behind the front desk.
