Fun fact, May is busy. Weddings, prom's, Bar Mitzvahs... it is all happening. Walking in a week before prom, I was concerned we were SOL but as long as we were ok with the traditional black tux, Sam's could make it happen. This was actually our first choice. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. A+ customer service! Highly recommend.

There is a good amount of clearance stuff though which is kind of nice because what we shop for isn't want is sold out here. People can be sketchy at this mall, but just keep to yourself and not make too much eye contact it's fine. They have a backstage up stairs which is kind of like their clearance center. As long as your expectations are low with customer service this place will work if you need to find some thing and happen to be in the area.

No one came to ask if we had anything specific in mind or if we needed help. We even tried to walk over to the area where the ties were hung up and the employees were taking up the entire aisle to get to the ties, while they continued yapping with a customer and paid us no mind. From the second we walked in he guided us to the right section took measurements, helped pick out a dress shirt to go with the suit, rang us out, and unthreaded the suit all within about 20 minutes. He never tried to upsell us just helped us get exactly what we were looking for. I no longer live in this area but hope if I come in the future John will be there to help. 10/10 service!

It truly reminded you of one of those downtown stores of the past that was very exclusive. You would never expect the prices of the merchandise to be so low. My only complaint is they didn't have any way to tell where the different departments were that I could tell but other than that I think it's an excellent addition to downtown and a great way to spur more stores to Woodward.
